Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning based in Bedford, NH.
The Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning will contribute to the strategic development, storytelling, commercialization and execution of retail initiatives across retail channels. This role will be the go-to headquarter partner for the Field Sales team - collaborating throughout the selling process to deliver the strongest, insight-driven narratives while working internally with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Trade Planning and Finance to ensure optimal execution of priorities. This role will specifically be responsible for the commercialization of Stonyfield Kids & Baby Products, sales strategy and performance analytics. The Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning reports to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Strategic Thought Leadership
- Contribute to the development of the Stonyfield Sales Strategy, utilizing point of sale data, shopper insights and trends. Partner with the Field Sales team to tailor strategy across customers - prioritizing innovation based on assortment gaps, regional trends, and internal capabilities.
- Manage Innovation Plan, working collaboratively with Marketing to ensure the right innovation is developed and shepherded through the commercialization process. Ensure critical sales deadlines are met without sacrificing the quality of the proposition.
- Utilize category management skills to develop fact-based sales presentations employing brand research to include customer and consumer syndicated data such as AC Nielson, IRI, Spins. Incorporate this information into on-going planning and decision making for focus brand(s).
- Collaborate with internal functions and customer teams to create innovative brand solutions to accelerate brand growth that address critical plan risks. Represent the voice of sales to the headquarter teams - ensure clear communication to the field sales team of changes in the plans and implications.
- Provide data-driven insights of brand(s) business trends, marketing strategies, competitive landscape, and regional/channel risks and opportunities; help develop the strategy that ties brand, category and customer plans together.
General Management & Executional Excellence
- Partner with Demand Planning and Brand Marketing to contribute to the forecasting process for Stonyfield. Coordinate the brand Risks & Opportunities, develop communication and action plan. Partner with the customer strategy team to ensure that accepted item volumes, reset timings, and promotions are all accurately reflected in monthly demand plan.
- Enable connectivity between field sales team and brand team, ensuring appropriate focus on priorities, adherence to brand guidelines and Topline partnership from concept to launch.
- Partner with Finance and Brand Marketing to develop project P&Ls; lead development and communication of recommendations based on financial analysis, project rationale and operational feasibility.

Position Purpose:
Support Home Depot’s Risk Management Department, with a special emphasis on managing existing captive programs, overseeing program performance, supporting internal stakeholders, and assisting with all aspects of captive oversight consistent with the Risk Management philosophy.
As an integral part of the Risk Management team, the Manager will oversee analysis of retained risk exposures within the captive to ensure the risk profile of the captive aligns with the department philosophy. The Manager's oversight of the programs will include monitoring claims activity insured by the captive, financial oversight, program analysis, and management of complex data sets.
The incumbent will assist with insurance renewals, including the collection and validation of exposure data, completion of renewal applications, and regulatory/audit documentation, as well as leading semi-annual actuarial review process of validating accuracy of loss data and coordinating with involved parties.
Ideal candidates will be well-versed in developing presentation materials for leadership surrounding new projects, insurance coverage, and conveying complex data in a digestible manner by specified deadlines and be comfortable assisting with traditional risk finance organizational tasks supporting various Home Depot operations units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures placement and administration of insurance and surety bond programs including retention analyses, coverage negotiations and policy/certificate maintenance; primary liaison with insurance brokers and insurance carriers.
- Provides proper control of administration of self insurance programs including annual review of cost effectiveness; ensures all associated government reporting obligations are met as prescribed by law or regulation.
- Evaluates risk levels of various agreements and other contracts entered into by the company with specific focus on insurance and risk transfer provisions. Provides feedback and suggestions to Legal and outside counsel.
- Implements appropriate processes for review of loss data to develop actuarial loss reserves for workers' compensation, Texas non-subscriber, automobile liability and general liability.
- Develops corporate insurance program and evaluates the incorporated levels of risk transfer and risk retention based on overall company strategies and risk appetite.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for the effective management of the risk information system; acts as liaison with the risk management information system vendor. Oversees production of monthly field reports as well as ad hoc reports.
- Manage certificate of insurance tracking program for vendors, installers, and others with contractual obligations for providing certificates of insurance.
- Selects, develops, motivates and evaluates subordinate associates and vendor partners in a manner which ensures that the department is operating at its most effective abilities and in compliance with known company policies and procedures.

Scope:
The Sr Manager, Quality Systems leads the automation process of our quality systems including the transformation of the quality system to digital and moving to a paperless quality system fully compliant with part 11 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This position ensures compliance to Quality System processes and procedures, Internal and External audits, and Certifications. This includes GMP, Customer Audits, external certifications such as SQF and Kosher, and customer complaint investigations.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of our digital Quality Monitoring Schemes (QMS)
- Lead and manage our continuous improvement program to include leading the Root cause and Corrective Action process (RCA)
- Manage the Consumer Complaint program, to include logging, investigation and reporting of consumer complaints and aging materials as part our continuous improvement program
- Assures compliance to Internal and External Standards. This includes leadership over internal and external Audits and Certifications (GMP and Customer Audits, Certifications such as SQF and Kosher)

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant paid marketing marketing experience

- Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals including audience segmentation, creative optimization, and A/B testing methodologies

The Product Development Manager has a passion for fragrance and experience managing the R&D aspects of the product development process. This position will report to the Sr Manager, Product Development and will act as a project manager, liaising between fragrance houses, contract manufacturing fillers, and internal cross-functional partners to develop project timelines and milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution of product development initiatives.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Track progress, manage potential risks, and adjust strategies as needed to meet product development timelines for multiple projects on various brands at once
- Coordinate with fragrance houses and contract manufacturing fillers to keep all stages of the product development process moving
- Manage and track all incoming formulas, sending out necessary approvals or providing feedback where needed
- Review tracking on all testing requirements (stability testing, AET testing, RIPT testing, etc) for the fragrance
- Partner internally with Marketing, Quality Control, Operations, Regulatory and Packaging teams for updates to product development progress
- Update and maintain product development database and oil chart for each fragrance developed
- Responsible for overseeing and smelling oils, final formulas, and production batches

Position Summary:
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading manufacturing and process engineering activities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. This role involves developing and optimizing production processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, reducing waste, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The engineer collaborates closely with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive cost reduction, increase productivity, and support new product or process introductions while meeting business objectives.
This position will lead new and existing manufacturing technology projects, manage capital projects, develop new materials, and improve capability and standardization of processes. This position will also provide support to all areas of the business unit (Product Engineering Engineering; Maintenance; Manufacturing; Quality; etc.) where manufacturing technology expertise is required, including customer initiatives.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop manufacturing process designs and coordinate with tooling and equipment sources for construction & validation.
- Drive standardization throughout plant by use of core competency teams, benchmarking, process standards and equipment checklists.
- Lead problem solving initiatives.
- Lead manufacturing feasibility studies.

- Support Cost Estimator with quotes, designs, VA/VE initiatives and technical presentations.
- Keep abreast of emerging market technologies and discover methods to streamline department processes.
- Prepare and present technical reports.
- Create and maintain documentation required to implement print and customer requirements into documented procedures, including work instructions, and monitoring check sheets for operating processes.
- Develop and track metrics related to improvement activities related to standard processes, improved flow, waste elimination, and improvement intitiatives.
- Support and adhere to TNA’s EH&S, policies and procedures.
- Support IATF16949, AS9100, ISO14001, Nadcap, and other applicable standards and policies.
- Ability to travel in support of job function (plants, customers, suppliers etc.) Some overseas travel may be required.
