DescriptionSummary: The full-time Assistant Manager is a full-time hourly employee whose primary function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, and to act as a representative to Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Upholding and administering all theatre policies.
- The training, developing, coaching and supervising of non-management employees.
- Operating all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software, and maintenance as required. Working knowledge of all systems within facility in Booth and Projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation and all related projection skills.
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable. If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws. It is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
- Performing all staff positions as required.
- Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre, i.e., employee and patron safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and the proper handling, reporting, and investigating of accidents.
- Counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts taken in during a business day. Receipts include cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, checks, discount tickets, and any other mode of payment or accountability deemed applicable by Regal.
- The interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, suspending of any cast member, with the oversight from the General Manager or senior management of the facility, and after conferring with the Human Resources Manager, terminating of any employee. Properly administrating all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof, or, after showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management, which is subject to DM approval.
- If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws. It is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
Language Ability:
Possess good public speaking skills. Effectively communicate in both oral and written form with employees, vendors, corporate staff, etc. Listen effectively, respond clearly and directly, and ability to explain information to others.

Computer and Office Skills:
Proven experience with PC platforms and knowledge of basic office programs including but not limited to e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets. Use tools and equipment with dexterity, and perform mechanical tasks as necessary.
Personal Skills:
Interface effectively with customers, the public, and co-workers, and exhibit sensitivity to the feelings of others. Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises an unspecified number of employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Regal's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and coaching employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and under the direction of the General Manager or Deputy General Manager the disciplining of employees. As directed by the General Manager, responsibilities may include interviewing and hiring.

Client Coordinators (CCs) are non-exempt, full-time employees of Ernest who work within the Client Coordinator Department at their assigned division. They are responsible for establishing themselves as reliable business partners to each client through understanding their business needs, order history, and other relevant information. CCs utilize this understanding to provide clients with additional product offerings aimed at strengthening their businesses. Specifically, CCs provide support to the clients within a Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) book of business. This involves coordinating routine interactions between clients, CRMs, and other support staff to ensure every client experiences the highest level of service. CCs are trained, supervised, and evaluated by the Client Coordinator Manager at their assigned division.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Familiarity with and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization
- Basic computational skills, including converting fractions to decimals, division, multiplication, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously
- Highly organized, self-starter, who is detail oriented
- Friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to participate in various company activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Responsibilities:
S&OP
- Participates in S&OP as the key process to align supply and demand while aligning key business functions on supply plans and clearly communicating risks and opportunities.
- Leads monthly supply operations master production plan review meetings; presents Sales vs Forecast, detail Firm Fence production/supply progress at CMOs, and recommends new POs and presents forecast of production outside Firm Fence, and “what if” scenarios.
- Develops and presents business cases for approval to S&OP
Production Planning, Production Procurement
- Utilizes SAP S4 Hana to run MRP to understand manufacturing and purchase requirements.
- Makes necessary adjustments to meet the consensus demand forecast/commercial requirements and inventory targets for all CMO managed SKUs.
- Presents the monthly master production plan for review and approval through the S&OP process and submits to Internal sites and CMOs for execution.
- Ensures all S4 master data related to production planning is accurate.
Inventory Management & Reconciliation
- Ensures robust inventory management process is in place for third party held inventory.
- Supports team to execute the monthly inventory reconciliation process, investigating any discrepancies, approving changes and making adjustment in SAP, and ensuring compliance to SOX regulations and internal auditing standards.
Artworks and Labelling
- Supports the artwork and labeling process to ensure compliance and cost minimization.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in supply chain and manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in production planning, operations management, purchasing, logistics, imports/exports, quality assurance, and information technology.
Knowledge
- Broad knowledge of finance, marketing and distribution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and systems for sourcing drug products and active pharmaceutical ingredient; considered a subject matter expert in Planning, Procurement, Logistics.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in matrix organizations.
- Supply planning for new product launches and technology transfers.
- Demonstrated success in leading site S&OP teams.
- Extensive user knowledge of ERP systems, i.e. SAP and analysis tools such as BI and Tableau
Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution skills for supply chain issues.
- Ability to independently evaluate, assess and initiate action; recognition of positive and negative impacts of actions, decisions, other market forces on business and people.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sr. Manager, Outbound Logistics you will be an integral leader in the strategy development and execution of final mile distribution processes. This position is responsible for executional processes within the distribution centers’ warehouse, final mile delivery performance, and total cost management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate and manage partners through evolving business needs while empowering and developing their team.
LOCATION
This position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as the escalation point for Regional Logistics Leaders and facilitate the resolution of complex issues and network‑wide adjustments to standard work, including development and execution of business continuity plans.
• Partner with corporate and field restaurant operations to ensure Logistics Leaders gather the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement in ordering, receiving, and delivery performance.
• Standardize and refine network processes, identifying risks, assigning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability through communication and training partnering with cross-functional partners and the Communications team.
• Monitor controllable and non‑controllable cost drivers and partner with Regional Logistics Leaders to standardize efficiencies and reduce cost variability.
• Lead the Outbound Logistics function, driving technology needs, process improvements, margin enhancement, and business‑case development.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on LTOs, new menu items, equipment tests, and operational initiatives, resolving logistics issues and guiding communication with distributors.
• Partner with the Inbound Logistics Manager to assess quarterly DC capacity needs and maintain a long‑term DC roadmap.
• Work closely with FSQA to distribute food safety policies and updates, verifying compliance across distribution partners.
• Lead annual budgeting and negotiation strategy with the Sr. Director, Logistics for the distribution network and develop a high‑performing Outbound Logistics team through coaching and clear direction.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred; and/or equivalent experience considered.
- MBA or Six Sigma Belt certification preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and 3PL or Warehouse Experience required.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- WMS, Oracle, Continuous Improvement, Contract Negotiation, Pricing Models, food safety compliance and foodservice/temp control experience preferred.
- Leverage and standardize WMS across operators, building relationships and enforcing requirements.
- Leverage critical thinking and strong analytical skills to execute solutions, communication and training.
- Possess extraordinary organization skills and ability to prioritize projects and complex issues in a fast-moving environment.
- This position will include national coverage with anticipated domestic travel on a quarterly basis.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00–$222,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
