Responsibilities include:



  • Talent Reporting for all Kinesso agency clients
  • Seed commercial data in MediaOcean OX per client, per week, minimal manual reporting as well
  • Generate test reports and send to respective US client Ops Managers for approval
  • Send Approved Talent Reports to respective point of contacts at Creative AOR/client/Talent Agent
  • Save reports in Shared Drive

The Associate should assist the Sr. Associates with (but not limited to) the following:



  • Apprise creative agencies/Media teams of integration deadlines.
  • Supply stations with Billboard elements.
  • Act as a liaison between Creative agencies and stations, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Supply station shipping lists to creative agencies, ensuring all stations receive their on-air materials.
  • Work directly with media buyers, executing all media changes and additions.
  • Execute creative revisions generate to stations via MediaOcean OX in a timely manner.
  • Manage confidential client files chronicling media buys from onset to current schedule.
  • Supply weekly talent schedules to creative agencies.
  • Troubleshoot execution issues with all departments internally and externally (material extensions, delays, copy issues, content requirements etc)
  • Oversee scheduling of National/Local/DRTV TV Addressable/OTT buys for TV and Radio
  • Provide Traffic Manager with any needs and/or ideas that will improve operations.
  • Assist in the resolution of media discrepancies.
  • Maintain product groups for various clients.
  • Maintain charts, including agency/product charts for Various clients.
  • Maintain daily files for ECN reports in the shared drive
  • Input commercial info and patterns in the media system.
  • Coverage of Supervisor desk while out of the office.

How You Will Contribute:

The Outpatient Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the quality of clinical care, the appropriateness of clinical programming and ensuring the day-to-day clinical operations at the Clearview Outpatient Program are performed effectively. The Outpatient Program Director is responsible for overseeing individual and group therapeutic services and providing clinical supervision to Therapists. The Outpatient Executive Director collaborates with the CEO for the overall administration of outpatient services, including case assignment, scheduling, regulatory and compliance.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical supervision to clinicians in both individual and group settings, offering guidance and feedback to motivate and positively develop the clinical team.
  • Provides clinical leadership and supervision for DBT within the Outpatient Program.
  • Actively engages with clinicians, leading in person and virtual clinical programming.
  • Works closely with the clinical and customer service teams to ensure a therapeutic environment is maintained, appropriate treatment planning, and discharge management.

What We Are Seeking

Requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling or other related fields, and a minimum of five years’ experience working with an mental health population which preferable would include young adults and adults in the mental health or education fields. Must have current license from the appropriate state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or Psychologist. Must be highly trained in DBT, preferably DBT certified.

  • Balance demand, supplier capacity, labor constraints, and production schedules to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Develop scenario modeling to support executive decision-making related to demand, supply, and capacity.
  • Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) execution and planning system governance.
  • Coordinate supplier capacity and long-lead materials with production planning.
  • Improve supplier on-time delivery and inbound supply reliability.
  • Lead inbound and outbound logistics strategy supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Optimize transportation performance and reduce premium freight and expedite costs.
  • Develop inventory strategies aligned with production requirements and long-lead components.
  • Improve inventory turns and working capital performance while protecting service levels.
  • Partner with Finance to support forecasting and cash-flow planning related to supply chain activities.
  • Ensure planning system data accuracy including BOMs, lead times, and planning parameters.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting processes to improve planning discipline and operational visibility.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for planning, materials management, and logistics functions.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Strong background in production planning, materials planning, and supply chain execution.
  • Experience aligning demand, supply, and production capacity in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering leadership teams.
  • Strong ERP and planning systems experience including MRP-based environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve service levels, inventory performance, and supply chain reliability.
  • Experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
