Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integration of data storage solutions including MariaDB
- Develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs

- Proven software development experience in PHP

- Build and tune vector-based retrieval pipelines using OpenAI embeddings and Azure AI Search
- Design prompt strategies and agents to translate parsed PDF data into form component schemas
- Fine-tune LLMs for structured output generation with low-latency performance in mind
- Lead the development of an RLHF loop that incorporates builder UI feedback and audit data
- Help architect systems that blend traditional APIs and probabilistic inference reliably
- Work alongside full-stack and platform engineers to get it all running in production
- Stay plugged into the latest model capabilities, and make smart calls on what to adopt

Summary of Duties
This position is responsible for providing both administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of a medical practice and the highest level of care for patients. The Medical Assistant will assist with patient preparation, perform various clinical tasks, and maintain administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and established security policies.
Essential Functions:
- Complete disability forms, care plans (home health, physical therapy, rehabilitation, etc.), and prepare documentation such as jury duty or work-related letters.
- Process prior authorizations for medications.
- Manage patient-related correspondence.
- Prepare and submit medical appeals as required.

- Confirm completion of required studies prior to scheduled patient visits.
- Patient Work-Up
- Measure and record vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure).
- Document patient history, including medical, surgical, family, allergy, and smoking history.
- Create accurate encounter notes.
- Retrieve imaging for review by the Nurse Practitioner or Physician.
- Review and update medication lists at every visit.
- Verify medication history through appropriate prescription monitoring systems.
- Document referring provider information.
- Collect details related to physical therapy (such as dates and treatment locations).
- Chart Preparation & Patient Follow-Ups
- Retrieve reports for upcoming appointments, including radiology, consults, laboratory results, and other treatment orders.
- Contact patients with test results as directed by the physician.
- Fit patients with cervical collars or lumbar braces when required.
- Manage physical therapy renewal requests.
Clinical & Office Support:
- Process prescription refill requests and triage calls to physicians or nurse practitioners as appropriate.
- Direct imaging-related inquiries to the appropriate provider.
- Respond to calls from staff and patients.
- Utilize the electronic health record (EHR) tracking system to manage patient flow and communications.
- Clean and restock exam rooms as needed.
- Support team operations by assisting with additional tasks or coverage as required.
- Remain available to support the assigned provider until the final patient visit is completed.
- HIPAA Compliance & Workstation Security
- Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Protect sensitive patient information in both electronic and paper formats.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient medical records during and after care.
- Share patient information only with authorized personnel directly involved in patient care.
- Follow proper security protocols for all data exchanges, including fax, email, and phone communications.
- Adhere to workstation security policies to ensure all devices and systems remain secure.
- Immediately report any suspected security breaches or suspicious activity to appropriate administrative personnel.
OSHA Compliance:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. Manage the EMS (energy management system) conservation program at the College.
Coordinate the campus motor vehicle pool (vans and other vehicles); assure compliance with all DMV regulations such as registration and insurance; oversee regular maintenance and required service inspections to assure the vehicles are kept in good and safe operating condition.
Perform on-going facilities audits on campus buildings and utilities with emphasis placed on review of the physical condition of roofs, exteriors and interiors, the operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other related infrastructure systems.
Assist in the implementation and development of long and short-range deferred maintenance projects; estimate cost of new projects and renovation assignments; follow established procedures for approval.
Maintain proper levels of grounds, maintenance, and shipping and receiving materials, supplies and equipment for assigned areas; order materials, supplies and equipment as necessary; take periodic inventories.

Safely operate and train others in the safe operation of a variety of grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and shipping and receiving equipment
Inspect buildings, facilities and equipment for maintenance repair needs, safety, fire, and ADA and health hazards
Work from blueprints, shop drawings and sketches
Operate a motor vehicle and a wide variety of power equipment and hand tools related to facilities, maintenance, shipping/receiving and grounds
Recognize and identify common species of plants, pests and weeds
Apply specialized chemicals to control and eradicate weeds, insects, and other pests
Supervise, train and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
Set goals and objectives for assigned staff
Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
Coordinate activities with other operations and functions
Use various computers, software, and other related equipment as required to fulfill the needs of the job
Quickly learn and effectively use new equipment, hand tools, methods and procedures related to facilities, maintenance, grounds and shipping/receiving

Work Schedule
40 hours per week/ 12 months per year
This position is overtime exempt
Salary
Starting Salary: $6,647 (Step I) - $8,078 (Step V) per month, depending upon experience and qualifications + GREAT BENEFITS PACKAGE (no additional costs for benefits)
