PowerFlex isseekinga highly skilled Solar Technical Lead to support the technical performance, reliability, and safe operation of a growing portfolio of distributed energy assets. This role sits within the Asset Optimization & Customer Success organization and focuses on deep technical fieldexpertiseacross commercial and industrial (C&I) solar PV sites.This individual will play a key role in ensuring successful system troubleshooting, performance verification, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities
- Performhands-ontechnical support for PV operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and field diagnostics.
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of site issues, alarms, performance anomalies, and equipment failures; performroot causeanalysis and implement corrective actions.
- Interface directly with vendors, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors to address technical issues, coordinate warranty/RMA processes, and ensure adherence to installation standards and specifications.
- Support development, implementation, and improvement of technical processes and field procedures (e.g., commissioning checklists, testing protocols, safety documentation).
- Ensure all work meets OSHA, NEC, and AHJ requirements and follows PowerFlex safety protocols and quality standards.
- Review and validateas builtdrawings, test reports, commissioning packages, and other technical documentationrequiredfor operations readiness.
- Assistwith system monitoring and diagnostics, including alarm triage, remote troubleshooting, and performance data review.
- Providetechnical insight into operational performance metrics such as availability, uptime, production vs. forecast, and degradation analysis.
- Support subcontractor qualification and evaluation from a technical standpoint, including verification of workmanship and compliance with installation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Construction/Commissioning teams to ensure clean and complete project handoffs, includingpunch listclosure and documentation completeness.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineeringor related technical field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, withsignificant timespent in field roles involving construction, commissioning, or technical operations of distributed solar PV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV system architecture, including inverters, protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, site networking, telemetry, metering, and utility interconnection requirements.
- Hands on field experiencestronglypreferred (construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, QA/QC, or similar).
- Experience working closely with subcontractors, OEMs, and field service providers.
- Preference for experience in the field
- Battery Energy Storage System experience is a plus

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $128,610 - $157,190 annually. The total compensation for this position will include commission. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Job Summary
The College of Sciences (CoS) and the College of Engineering (CoE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invite applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the field of solar-terrestrial science and/or space weather. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, though there is a particular focus on the Assistant and Associate ranks. Areas of interest include but are not limited to the Earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere, space weather forecasting and resilience. Applicants with research interests in any or all of sensors and observations from ground or satellite instruments, data analysis and data science, modeling and theoretical research, are all welcome to apply. The position will be supported by the National Science Foundation under the Faculty Development in geoSpace Science program. This unique faculty search is being pursued by a joint effort of two Colleges, enabling candidates across a broad range of backgrounds to apply. The departmental home of the hired candidate will be determined based on best fit and may be anywhere within CoS or CoE. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.

Applicants conducting or proposing interdisciplinary work have a high potential for success in the position, in part due to the nature of this faculty search, and in part due to Georgia Tech's interdisciplinary culture. Position description
The Department of Earth & Planetary Science at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers and lecturers in lieu of GSI's to teach Earth and Planetary Science courses should an opening arise. Department policy requires instructors to create and maintain a bcourses site.
Instructors of Record duties include teaching, holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g. syllabus), developing exams and/or quizzes, supervising GSIs, scheduling field trips, participating in field trips, maintaining a course budget, and maintaining a course website.

Position description
The Department of Earth and Planetary Science at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for an Assistant Project Scientist in the area of Atmospheric Science, specifically Cloud Physics, using Stereophotogrammetry, Remote Sensing, and Computational Modeling to study moist convection, with strong emphasis on instrument development (cameras), data processing (calibration, stereo reconstruction algorithms), scientific leadership, and mentorship in physical sciences.
This position will be in David Romps' group in the Earth and Planetary Science Department of UC Berkeley. The group at UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) uses theory, simulation, and observation of clouds and atmospheric dynamics to improve our understanding of Earth's climate.
The successful candidate will co-lead the development of cameras for the stereophotogrammetry of clouds, combining the camera data with the theory of physical processes and related numerical simulations to answer scientific questions about moist convective dynamics.
Assist with supervising and mentoring postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate students. The Assistant Project Scientist will collaborate with David Romps' group to produce publications, as well as contribute to proposals and progress reports. Maintain the code base responsible for camera calibration, feature matching, stereo reconstruction, and volume filling. Develop new stereo-reconstruction algorithms to keep our program at the cutting edge of cloud photogrammetry. Manage the operations of the cameras, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Β· This is a combined hunter and farmer sales position, managing a BOB while driving territory growth through new business prospects.

Qualifications
Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Sciences, Marketing or Management.
Β· minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in outside sales & selling outsourced services to the manufacturing and industrial market or related industries.
Β· Minimum of 5 Years sales experience managing multiple accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Β· Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, DEA regulatory environment preferred
Β· Similar background/experience within waste management/environmental services
Β· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce
Β· Experience in managing a territory while demonstrating a proven track record of sales success achieving or exceeding aggressive growth targets and sales quotas.
Β· Self-directed with the ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
Β· Demonstrates established relationships or the ability to rapidly establish relationships within the C-level, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing functions within the retail industry
Β· Demonstrates established relationships or the ability to rapidly establish relationships within the Environmental Health and Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing functions within the manufacturing industry.
Β· Up to 50% travel by car to customers within territory & possible overnight & weekend travel.

Strategy & Collaboration
* Partner directly with the Founder/CEO on:
* Revenue targets
* Growth strategy
* Pricing and offers
* Work closely with the General Manager to:
* Ensure clean sales-to-operations handoffs
* Align sales volume with install capacity
* Enforce professionalism and process compliance
Customer Experience
* Ensure expectations are set correctly during the sales process
* Reduce downstream friction caused by overselling
* Protect SunState's reputation and review profile

Experience
* 5+ years in sales leadership
* Experience managing in-home, B2C, or consultative sales teams
