Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will lead the operational execution and oversee the systems, people, and processes required to deliver complex construction projects.
The COO will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full conformance with plans and specifications.

The Opportunity:
Orlando Health announces an exceptional opportunity for an exemplary leader to serve as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health. The healthcare system is recognized around the world for Central Florida's only pediatric and adult level I trauma program and the home to the nation's largest neonatal intensive care unit. For fifteen consecutive years, UNSWR has ranked OHAPH on its Best Children's Hospital list in multiple pediatric specialties.
Reporting to Justin Williams, President OHAPH, the next CNO will serve as the Chief Nurse Executive and a member of the executive leadership team for OHAPH. The CNO providers leadership and coordinates activities, processes, and policies resulting in high quality patient care driven by system-wide nursing practices and standards. Works closely with the Vice President of Nursing for Orlando Health to provide leadership and direction in accord with the organization's mission and values and nursing's core mission, vision and values. Direct reports will include the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), Director of Care Management, Manager APH Care Management, Manager Learning Specialists Care Team, and Administrative Supervisors.
The CNO will create a dynamic, compelling vision and strategic roadmap for nursing. The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leadership, including experience in leading patient care providers, creating a vision for patient care and being an advocate for caregivers while achieving organizational goals.
* A Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing and/or business or related field required.
* The successful candidate must possess experience in quality management, medical management, administration, operational finance and leadership.

Reporting directly to the DGS Secretary, this executive leadership position serves as the Chief of Police for the Maryland Capitol Police (MCP) with the rank of Colonel. Job responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring a combination of strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. The Chief is required to ensure the effective management and enforcement of all laws and regulations related to criminal and traffic law, building security, infrastructure protection, the safety of the legislative general assembly, protection of the Maryland State Capitol, managing and monitoring demonstrations and rallies on the Capitol grounds, and ensuring resource management within the department.
The Chief and MCP’s leadership team are responsible for developing and implementing MCP’s policies, procedures, and programs to safeguard and protect state-owned and leased facilities, reduce crime, and promote sustainable practices. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in law enforcement, criminal justice, criminology, or a related field in law enforcement, public administration, or a related field of study. (Executive leadership training to include FBINA, SMIP, FBI LEEDA, and Northwestern School of Police and Command may be considered in place of a Bachelor’s degree.)
- Ten (10) years of professional experience in law enforcement, with a minimum of five (5) years of this experience at a command level position, to include experience at the rank of an assistant or deputy police chief.
- Demonstrated track record of effective leadership, innovation, and collaboration within law enforcement, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically diverse and multicultural community.
- Must have a valid driver's license, with a good driving record (driving record will be verified to confirm eligibility for hire during the background check process).
- Current Police Certification issued by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission (MPCTC).
- Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including other law enforcement agencies, government officials, and the public.
- Ability to make sound judgments and decision-making in intense and high-pressure situations.

1. This position is only open to those who have successfully graduated from a recognized police training academy or equivalent law enforcement training. Proof of said education/training is required prior to hire.

1. Selection standards for Police Officer certification are established by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission per Public Safety Article, Section 3-207, Annotated Code of Maryland. Key Responsibilities
Department Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the estimating team, including Senior and Junior Estimators, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

About the Role
Bexorg is seeking a highly experienced, trusted, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic execution partner to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Board, Leadership, and Governance Support
- Fully own logistics and preparation for Board meetings and Board dinners, including advance planning, timelines, and on-site execution

- Support leadership meetings and biannual All-Hands meetings
Travel & Expense Management
- Manage all CEO travel (domestic and international), including itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation

The Position
The Chief Legal Officer (Assistant County Attorney) reports to the Executive County Attorney but works onsite with Central Health's executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee legal strategy for Central Health.
- Advise CEO, Board of Managers, and executive leadership on governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Manage legal documentation, contracts, and external counsel relationships.
- Lead and mentor legal team members.
- Ensure adherence to governance regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: J.D./L.L.B. from accredited law school.
- Experience: 15 years as a licensed attorney, including 5 years in senior management.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Report to the Executive Director and work in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to

- Cultivate and coordinate pro bono legal resources.
PEOPLE AND TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Foster cross-Program and cross-Department collaboration, identify opportunities and create strategies for further integration, communication, and cooperation;
- In partnership with Program Directors and staff, set goals, monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, solve problems, and evaluate resource allocation;
- Effectively manage, coach and supervise a high performing program staff, including Program Directors who manage others;
- Develop and manage processes for teams as required to enhance clarity, efficiency, efficacy and morale.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing teams involving complex tradeoffs and coordination;
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred;
- Broad background in criminal justice, including familiarity with the company's program areas;
- A demonstrated commitment to criminal, racial and social justice and to the Innocence Project’s goals, mission, and values;
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

The Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) is a key member of the hospital's senior leadership team and participates in operational and strategic decision-making processes that drive the hospital's mission, performance, and growth.
