A Note from the President
Our client is entering a defining phase of growth.
For years, our client has built projects based on strong relationships, disciplined execution, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Today they are positioned to scale that foundation into a much larger construction organization serving the Southeast.
Their sister company originates and designs projects ranging from multifamily and mixed-use communities to commercial and retail developments. Our client exists to deliver those projects with precision, integrity, and operational excellence.
They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer who is not simply a manager, but a builder of organizations — someone who can lead construction operations, develop strong teams, and implement systems that allow our client to grow from a $10M annual builder today to a $50M+ regional contractor over the next several years.
This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a company that values craftsmanship, leadership, and faithful stewardship in the built environment.
