Position Description: We are currently seeking a Make Ready Tech to join our team. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing make readies and light work orders and other required tasks. Job Overview:
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
