We are looking for a part time front desk associate to join the team at Fechner Plastic Surgery in Worcester. Dr. Frank Fechner is a leading specialist in facial plastic surgery and has garnered a stellar reputation in his field.
This is a part time position - Tuesday 8:30-6:00, Thursday 8:30-7:00, and Friday 8:30-4:30. We also have a full time position available - Monday 8:00-5:00, Tuesday 8:00-6:00, Thursday 8:00-7:00, and Friday 8:00-4:30. There is no flexibility with the schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced, high-energy, patient focused individual that provides a truly unique and exceptional patient experience. As the first person our patients interact with either on the phone or in person, your energy and presence will be warm and welcoming. This person must have experience in high-end customer/patient service, possess strong communication skills, thrive when handling multiple tasks, and be willing to learn. Our office operates in a service oriented atmosphere where the entire team is dedicated to working together in the common goal of patient satisfaction. To excel in this role you will be attentive, patient, have emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and look at every interaction with the team and patients as an opportunity to make someone's day a little bit better.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming phone calls and triage calls to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling existing patient appointments.
- Become an expert in our practice software for incoming communications and scheduling appointments.
- Greet patients for their in-person appointments, check-in/check-out.
- Complete super-bills for non-surgical services rendered, explain fees and take payments for service as well as assist in end-of-day payment reconciliations.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders through email, text, or call.
- Ensure our waiting room is tidy, welcoming and comfortable for our patients.
- Provide and explain any special instructions to patients upon leaving their appointments.
- Assist in general office duties and other duties as required.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED at minimum; college degree encouraged
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred:
- Clinical knowledge of aesthetic and/or medical terminology
- Basic computer systems such as Microsoft and Google suites, as well as software programs for scheduling and organizing documents

Role Description

Qualifications
Lead Outerwear Design Strategy: Set the seasonal creative and technical design vision for all outerwear pieces (including jackets, vests, and layering components) within the men's golf line, ensuring alignment with the overall brand aesthetic and business goals.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Independently manage the complete design cycle for outerwear, from initial concept sketches and mood boards through detailed technical pack creation, fit approvals, and production sign-off.
Innovation & Technical Expertise: Pioneer and execute innovative designs, fabric development, and performance technologies specifically for golf outerwear. This includes expert knowledge of waterproofing, breathability, seam sealing, thermal insulation, and active stretch for both knit and woven constructions.

Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations
We're looking for a sharp, Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role where you'll own the day-to-day operations across our U.S. and Canada official websites and TikTok Shop — from product listing optimization and sales data analysis to inventory management, order processing, and backend troubleshooting. You'll touch every step of the eCommerce workflow. What You'll Do
Visual Merchandising & Frontend Operations
- Set up and continuously optimize product listings, categories, filters, and sorting logic across our U.S. and Canada websites.
- Execute A/B tests on product placement and visual merchandising; measure impact on conversion, engagement, and time-on-site.
- Manage daily frontend operations across all digital sales channels — inventory adjustments, product rearrangements, pricing updates, and stock monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, restocks, and visual merchandising to maximize consumer time spent on-site.
- Track website visitor behavior (abandoned carts, add-to-cart rates, page view duration) and recommend UX improvements based on findings.
- Monitor inventory levels using sell-through rates, order velocity, and return data to flag restock needs proactively.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Pull, clean, and analyze raw data from multiple platforms (website, TikTok Shop, etc.) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using Excel and basic SQL.
- Build and maintain product performance reports — including sell-through rates, conversion metrics, and order volume trends — to support reordering, markdowns, and merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Specialist to identify top- and underperforming styles by channel.
- Assess campaign-level sales trends at the product level and partner with Digital Marketing to refine product strategy.
- Work with the Senior E-commerce Merchandising & Operations Specialist to monitor online data systems and deliver strategic insights to HQ.
Backend Operations & Cross-Functional Communication
- Monitor daily operations and sales performance on TikTok Shop in coordination with our operations agency.
- Oversee product flow and availability — warehouse-to-site transfers, backend system updates, and inventory sync accuracy.
- Collaborate with SCM and 3PL teams to verify order status and proactively follow up on delayed or missing shipments.
- Communicate with Accounting to resolve invoicing, refund, and payment issues impacting order processing.
- Partner with Customer Service on escalated inquiries regarding order status, returns, exchanges, and product issues.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies between warehouse stock and system data; lead resolution efforts.
- Report technical errors or sync failures to HQ and maintain clear communication across all internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce operations, Data Analytics, merchandising, retail analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency — you're comfortable building reports, using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and working with large datasets daily.
- Basic SQL knowledge for pulling and querying data; familiarity with eCommerce analytics tools is a plus.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage many small, recurring tasks without letting things slip.
- Analytical thinker who can translate raw numbers into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills — you'll be coordinating across multiple teams and platforms simultaneously.

Job Summary The Greenskeeper is responsible for maintaining the golf course's turf and landscapes to ensure optimal playability and aesthetic appeal. This role involves performing a range of tasks related to turf management, including mowing, fertilizing, and irrigation, as well as managing landscape areas around the course. The Greenskeeper executes both routine and specialized maintenance procedures to uphold the high standards of the golf course and supports the overall maintenance goals of the club. Keep all areas of the golf course, including pathways, bunkers, and water hazards, free of debris and in good condition. Assist in the construction and maintenance of new features on the golf course, such as greens, tees, and bunkers. Ensure that daily tasks and assignments are completed to meet club standards and quality expectations. Preferred Prior knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance preferred. Physical Requirements Primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity. Sitting, standing, walking, climbing/ladders, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., talking, hearing, and seeing.
