About the Role
Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide telehealth services. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health, substance use, and eating disorder professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
This can either be a contract/1099 position or a W2 position.
A contract position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.
W2 position requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

About You
- Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)

Qualifications

- Masters degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week depending on 1099 or W2
- 1099 position, part time with opportunity to grow into full time position

- Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $53,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $57,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

The Strategic Account Development Representative is responsible for building and maintaining long term relationships with key clients and resources to drive new sales opportunities. This role provides strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of site quality systems to ensure that all manufacturing, testing, packaging, storage, and distribution activities meet regulatory standards and deliver the highest product quality. The Sr. Director leads and mentors quality assurance and quality control teams, oversees daily quality operations, and serves as a key partner to site leadership by providing guidance on quality and compliance across the organization.
Job Description
St Louis Plant Quality
Responsible for and will develop, establish and maintain quality systems programs, policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established standards and agency guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting governmental regulations, agency guidelines and internal policies to assure compliance. May serve as liaison between the company and the various governmental agencies. Work directly with operating entities to ensure that inspections and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications.
Establish and ensure appropriate Quality Systems are implemented and maintained, including ongoing data analysis of product and process outputs to ensure early detection and response to quality concerns, and prevention of quality issues. Establish and ensure compliance with cGMPs, good housekeeping practices, employee hygiene and equipment sanitation; analyze plant error, salvage, spoilage reports and process statistics for significant findings and conclusions; work with Research and Development during new product start-ups, and establish key checkpoints for new products and processes
Centers of Excellence for Microbiology, Elemental Impurities, and Validation
The Sr. Director is responsible for Centers of Excellence for Microbiology, Elemental Impurities, and Validation to support the Generics Business. Will develop policy, create systems, develop strategies and minimize costs while striving for excellence in customer service. Establishes and maintains positive and mutually rewarding relationships with internal and external customers of the department. The Sr. Director will be also responsible for oversight and management of the training department to include all NEO, CBT and OJT systems in alignment with company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
St Louis Plant Quality Departments
- Manages all aspects of plant Quality Systems including, CAPA, Supplier Quality, Change Control, in-process Quality Assurance, Quality Control, complaint management and validation functions.
- Support an aggressive Quality program which instills personal accountability for accuracy, consistency and completeness for all operations and departments according to site and corporate policies. Create and maintain an environment of excellence, world-class quality and continuous improvement throughout the entire plant.
- Responsible to make fact-based, scientifically sound, quality decisions regarding products manufactured at the St. Louis Plant facility. These decisions must be made within the requirements of cGMPs and applicable regulatory/industry guidance documents.
- Manage approval or rejection of starting materials, packaging materials, and intermediate, bulk and finished products per the appropriate regulations and documents.
- Ensure the evaluation of batch records and that all necessary testing is carried out.
- Approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other QC procedures.
- Ensure the authorization of all controlled documents, including records retention.
- Ensure the monitoring and control of the manufacturing and Quality Control environments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
- Ensure the appropriate process, equipment and facility validations meet expectations for validations, process capability, corrective actions and general compliance both for Corporate and for applicable regulatory agencies.
- Coach and develop the team to High Performance while fostering a culture of team ownership.
- Ensure team compliance with all policies, procedures and site/company regulations.
- Set clear vision by ensuring goals and objectives are aligned with site strategies and managing each team member’s performance management.

Centers of Excellence for Microbiology, Elemental Impurities, and Validation
- Develop policy, create systems, develop strategies and minimize costs while striving for excellence in customer service.
- Establish and maintain positive and mutually rewarding relationships with internal and external customers of the department. T
- Responsible for oversight and management of the training department to include all NEO, CBT and OJT systems in alignment with Mallickrodt policies and procedures.
General
- Budget creation and management for Quality, and Traing Departments (>$15MM).
- Defines requirements of department personnel and works with Human Resources to hire such personnel.
- Acts as subject matter expert and lead with internal and external regulatory inspections and audits of manufacturing sites in the area of Quality Systems, and Training.
- Interfaces with FDA and regulatory agencies outsite the US for events that include but are not limited to: manufacturing site inspections, Field Actions, and Recalls.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology or similar life sciences or technical field such as engineering, mathematics, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of pharmacuetical industry experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs function including experience in manufacturing and control of bulk drug substances, and solid dosage form drug products.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in a pharmaceutial quality/regulatory affairs environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience serving as a pharmaceutical manufacturing site leader of a significant quality function (Total Plant population >500 persons, Quality Function >100 persons).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong managerial and excellent negotiating skills in order to obtain balanced results from direct and indirect reports.
- Knowledge of FDA and International regulations and guidances in the area of Quality Systems for pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
- Experience interacting with regulatory agencies such as the FDA and EU regulatory bodies as an inspection host.
- Strong patient and customer focus.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong writing skills to effectively communicate technical/clinical information to others.
- Ability to use various software programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and a willingness to expand and increase these competencies.
- Superior verbal communication skills including impeccable telephone etiquette.
- Scientific literature searching and evaluation skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This Position works primarily in an office environment. Ability to sit for long periods of time and lifting of up to 10 pounds may occasionally be required. Will require occasional periods in the manufacturing areas and walking throughout the plants. Manufacturing areas are not climate controlled. During summer months, building exhaust fans provide ventilation but remain warm. When in manufacturing areas, PPE is required to be worn

GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for an Aircraft Instructor with aircraft systems experience to support a large aerospace client in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, benefitted, exempt position.
Job Summary:
Conducts and performs training or solutions using the appropriate medium and method (classroom, computer-based training [CBT], simulations, on-the-job [OJT], coaching, job-aids) to satisfy business needs and requirements related to aircraft systems installation and repair requirements. Conducts training covering a broad range of aircraft subject matter.
Responsibilities:
- Instructs in the performance of aircraft installations, repairs, and modifications on commercial and military aircraft Airframe and Flight Control systems.
- Assesses and tests the competence of employees/students in performing tasks requiring certification or qualification to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
- Confers with management/client to understand work situation.
- Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
- Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
- Maintains training programs and materials.
- Prepare training areas to be teach ready.
- Travels for work 10-15% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Experience in general aircraft systems such as mechanical, electrical, and structures.
- Experience conducting training in a classroom environment
- Proven knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems.

We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
- Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check-in
- Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours of receiving a communication)
- Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time
- Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour
- Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using assigned and most up to date Charlie Health curriculum
- Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed
- Foster client engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture
- Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
- Work collaboratively and respectfully across the care team including with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
- Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
- Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality

Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and previous work experience facilitating groups to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. Responsibilities
- Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
- Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check-in
- Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours of receiving a communication)
- Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time
- Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour
- Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using assigned and most up to date Charlie Health curriculum
- Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed
- Foster client engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture
- Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
- Work collaboratively and respectfully across the care team including with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
- Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
- Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality

Monte Nido Walden’s DDS Program in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide in-person therapy services to individuals under the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Monte Nido Walden’s DDS Program in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide in-person therapy services to individuals under the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). This role involves traveling to clients' homes or group homes to provide therapeutic support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Intellectual Disabilities (ID), and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
All clients in this program will have disordered eating or a diagnosed eating disorder, including but not limited to:
- Binge Eating Disorder (BED)
- Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
- Anorexia Nervosa (AN)
- Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED)
The therapist will work closely with a Registered Dietitian and an interdisciplinary team to address both the mental health and nutritional needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive and effective treatment.
This is a FT 30h/week position with benefits.
Pay: $67,000.00-$110,000.00 depending on license and experience

Responsibilities Include::- Travel to various client locations throughout Massachusetts to provide individualized therapy services.
- Work with individuals diagnosed with ASD, PDD, ID, and other developmental disabilities, all of whom have disordered eating or an eating disorder.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavioral, emotional, and coping strategies to address mental health challenges, eating behaviors, and food-related anxieties.
- Implement evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and exposure-based therapies tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities and eating disorders.
- Collaborate closely with a Registered Dietitian to develop treatment plans that integrate both psychological and nutritional support.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences to align treatment goals with the client's overall care plan.
- Offer training sessions for caregivers and staff to improve understanding of eating disorders and behavioral interventions.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation of clinical sessions and team meetings.
- Stay informed on best practices, new research, and policy updates affecting individuals with developmental disabilities and eating disorders.
- Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active Massachusetts state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, BCBA, or equivalent)- independent license preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD, PDD, ID, and other developmental disorders.
- Experience or knowledge in treating eating disorders, especially in neurodivergent populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, families, and professional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client locations across Massachusetts.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with community-based or in-home therapy preferred.
- Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), or exposure therapy for eating disorders preferred.
- Experience leading family and caregiver education sessions on behavioral and nutritional strategies preferred.

Position Summary: The Program Manager – Schools oversees the planning, delivery, and supervision of all school-based programs at BON. This individual manages School Site Supervisors (Senior Mentors) and Mentors at multiple partner schools and ensures consistent implementation of BON’s curriculum and mentoring models. The PM is responsible for day-to-day oversight, relationship management with school partners, staff scheduling and training, data tracking, and direct support of frontline staff.

Supervises: School Site Supervisors (Senior Mentors), Mentors
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Implementation
- Manage all day-to-day operations of school-based programming
- Ensure school programming is aligned with BON’s model and expectations
- Lead weekly meetings with staff to align on curriculum, logistics, and student needs
- Review Data systems and collection
Staff Supervision & Scheduling
- Build and manage schedules for school staff across multiple sites
- Conduct weekly one-on-one check-ins with staff
- Oversee hall monitoring, peace circles, and CBT facilitation
- Conduct performance reviews and staff coaching
Curriculum & Training
- Train staff in trauma-informed care, restorative justice, and BON’s core approaches
- Ensure consistency in the understanding and implementation of curriculum
- Prepare teams for site visits and external evaluations
Data & Impact Tracking
- Track and monitor key student outcomes (GPA, attendance, behavior, etc.)
- Ensure mentors are collecting data and completing reports on time
- Collaborate with Director of Programs on evaluation, impact storytelling, and grant reporting
Relationship Management
- Liaise with principals and school administrators regularly
- Attend school meetings, respond to partner needs, and ensure a strong collaborative presence
Program Development & Continuous Improvement
- Support program innovation and identify ways to improve effectiveness
- Collect and share stories, challenges, and successes with BON leadership
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage budget for school programs under direction of the Director of Programs
- Request supplies, monitor usage, and support procurement processes with Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, youth development, social work, or related field required
- Minimum 3–5 years experience working in schools or youth programming
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-site programs
- Deep understanding of school culture and working with at-risk youth
- Proficient in data tracking, staff training, and cross-team collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
