Job Summary: As a Senior Project Manager at WW Clyde, you will lead the full lifecycle of complex structural commercial and civil concrete projects, including concrete structures, cast-in-place structures, and related infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of structural concrete projects (cast-in-place, foundations, vertical structures)
  • Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including superintendents and field leaders
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers specific to concrete scopes (rebar, formwork, pumping, finishing)
  • Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, mix designs, and change orders
  • Champion safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety programs
  • Ensure quality control of structural concrete work, including placement, curing, and inspection requirements

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of construction experience, with 3+ years in project management focused on structural/commercial concrete
  • Strong experience with cast-in-place concrete, structural foundations, vertical builds, and concrete sequencing
  • Proficiency in scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management tools (Procore or similar)
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive project profitability

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to spearhead the design and development of a next-generation AI Chat Application that will serve as an enterprise-wide assistant. This application will support a diverse range of organizational functions-including HR, Finance, Business Strategy, Ad Tech, and MarTech-empowering employees with intelligent, context-aware AI capabilities to streamline daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Architecture & Development: Define and implement the architecture for an AI-driven chat platform leveraging Python, GCP, and AI services.

Job Summary
The Capital Projects Coordinator is considered a journey level classification and performs engineering, architecture, construction management and/or project management responsibilities. This professional level position plans, budgets, and schedules all aspects of the parks, facilities, utilities and transportation capital improvements, as well as other City Funded/sponsored projects of basic to mid-level complexity. The position administers consultant contracts; coordinates design reviews, environmental reviews, coordinates property and permit acquisitions; coordinates building and contract awards; monitors construction contract progress and ensures proper project closeouts.

Distinguishing Characteristics: This class is distinguished from the senior-level of the series in that assigned projects are performed under the direction, and with the assistance of, a Senior Capital Project Coordinator or Senior Project Engineer.
