Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Sports Card Breaker to host live-streamed sports card breaks during night and weekend shifts. This role involves opening boxes and packs of sports cards (NFL, NBA, MLB, and more) on camera, showcasing the cards to an online audience, and driving sales through engaging presentation and interaction. With a strong performance, this position offers the potential to earn a six-figure income through a combination of base pay and bonuses tied to break sales.

Qualifications

• Passion for Sports Cards: Deep knowledge of sports or TCG (NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.) and the sports card hobby, with a willingness to continuously learn about new products and market trends.
• On-Camera Comfort: Confidence and charisma in front of a live audience of 50–150 viewers, with strong presentation and improvisational skills.
• Availability: Ability to work consistently on-site nights and weekends (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PDT), with flexibility for additional hours during high-demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Host Live Breaks: Conduct live sports card breaks on platforms like , YouTube, or other streaming services, typically during night hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PDT) and weekends, delivering an entertaining and professional experience.
• Engage the Audience: Interact with viewers in real-time via chat, answering questions, bantering, and building excitement around each reveal.
• Showcase Products: Present sports cards with enthusiasm and knowledge, highlighting key players, rare hits, and collectible value to drive interest and sales.
• Drive Sales: Promote available break spots and products, contributing to revenue goals with the potential to earn commissions on successful sales.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with sports trends, player performances, card values, and industry releases to provide informed commentary and enhance the viewer experience.
• Card Handling: Sort, sleeve, and organize cards during and after breaks to ensure accurate distribution to customers.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Logistics Operations Analyst to lead all secure-material operations within our high-security vault environment. This role oversees logistics and enforces strict security and compliance standards and ensures precise inventory control of precious metals and other high-value materials. The Logistic Operations Analyst works closely with internal divisions, trading, carriers, finance & controlling teams to support daily operations while maintaining the highest levels of safety, accuracy, and integrity.

What you will be doing:

Leadership & Team Management

• Ensure all personnel follow established SOPs, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.

Vault Operations Management

• Oversee daily vault activities, including receiving, verifying, weighing, labeling, and documenting high-value materials.
• Maintain strict access control and enforce chain-of-custody procedures at all times.
• Ensure materials are stored in organized, secure systems for efficient retrieval.
• Conduct routine vault audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, such as inventory balances, movement accuracy, turnaround times and reconciliation of breaks

Security & Compliance

• Enforce high-security standards for material handling, storage, transport, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to precious-metal management.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in ERP and vault-management systems (SAP preferred).
• Investigate discrepancies, report security concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate material flow with customers, internal divisions, vendors, production, and quality teams.
• Support scheduling and prioritization of material movements to meet operational timelines.
• Ensure outgoing shipments comply with packaging, documentation, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate logistics pickups with carriers, determine the most cost-effective shipment methods and apply appropriate incoterms for domestic and international shipments
• Ensuring all import and export goods comply with CBP requirements.
• Understand customs procedures, and HTS classification
• Support audits, regulatory & compliance requirements

What experience we are looking for:

Required

• Experience in secure materials handling, vault logistic operations, warehousing, or precious-metals environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Understanding risk and control environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills cross department and with external stakeholders
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory systems (SAP highly preferred).

Preferred

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products in a way that will attract the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. This position services and maintains multiple Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. • Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities and upcoming activities discussions.

• Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking and writing.

• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.

Job Summary: Supervise and lead crews performing underground and aerial construction (boring, trenching, vault work, pole setting, aerial cable/stringing) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations that meet schedule and quality targets.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground and aerial construction activities, assigning crews and resources to meet production and schedule targets.
• Enforce company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and site-specific safety plans; conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Plan work sequences, mobilizations, and logistics for trenching, boring, vault installation, conduit placement, pole setting, and aerial cable/stringing.
• Monitor field operations to identify and resolve operational problems, delays, or safety issues; implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and safe operation of construction equipment (borers, excavators, trenchers, bucket trucks, derricks, loaders); schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate daily work reports, crew logs, material usage records, incident reports, and as-built documentation; submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members and new hires on construction methods, safe work practices, proper use of tools and equipment, and company procedures.
• Coordinate material ordering, inventory management, and staging of supplies (conduit, cable, anchors, hardware, poles, vault components) to ensure continuous work flow.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools, vehicles, poles, anchors, vaults, and temporary works; identify and correct defects or hazards immediately.
• Interface with project managers, engineers, utility owners, and subcontractors to confirm specifications, traffic control, permits, and site access.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and traffic control requirements during excavation and restoration work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support project delivery and crew performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in underground and aerial utility/construction or similar field operations.
• Knowledge of excavation, trench safety, shoring, boring operations, pole setting, climbing/anchoring practices, and aerial cable installation.
• Strong understanding of OSHA/regulatory safety standards, traffic control, and utility locates.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred where required.
• Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, confined space, first aid/CPR, bucket/derrick operation) preferred
