Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Sports Card Breaker to host live-streamed sports card breaks during night and weekend shifts. This role involves opening boxes and packs of sports cards (NFL, NBA, MLB, and more) on camera, showcasing the cards to an online audience, and driving sales through engaging presentation and interaction. With a strong performance, this position offers the potential to earn a six-figure income through a combination of base pay and bonuses tied to break sales.


Qualifications

  • Passion for Sports Cards: Deep knowledge of sports or TCG (NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.) and the sports card hobby, with a willingness to continuously learn about new products and market trends.

  • Drive Sales: Promote available break spots and products, contributing to revenue goals with the potential to earn commissions on successful sales.

The primary responsibilities of a Brake Press Operator are to bend sheet metal in accordance with design specifications and to ensure each piece produced is free of defects. We're looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.   • Set up and operate Shear and/or Press Brake for routine established work.
  • Select proper punches and dies based on material thickness and type.

Job Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products in a way that will attract the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. As a Facilities Sanitation Team Member, you will help to keep the entire operation running smoothly. Working alongside the Operations Teams, this role provides incredible service to each department by quickly and efficiently responding to calls regarding spills, breaks, or other accidents, as well as maintaining the general upkeep and safety of the facility.

What will I do?

- Keep the facility in pristine condition, and answer questions and communicate potential dangers to management
- Promptly respond to all maintenance calls by attending to spills, breaks or other accidents as well as various maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
- Work independently to prioritize and complete all assigned tasks efficiently, including keeping warehouse floor clear of all wood, plastic, cardboard, and other debris, clean and restock restrooms, sweep floors, empty trash receptacles, clean windows, as well as other jobs
- Safely operate ride on and walk behind floor scrubbers, perform basic preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Operate cardboard and plastic baler and compactors, load pallets and recyclables onto trailers
- Keep an organized, well-stocked and simplified supply room and maintenance stations, ensure supplies are available to quickly answer maintenance calls
- Properly use equipment, handle products, keep accurate logs, follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines, Simplification 5S procedures, comply with Wegmans policies, federal and state laws

Job Summary: Supervise and lead crews performing underground and aerial construction (boring, trenching, vault work, pole setting, aerial cable/stringing) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations that meet schedule and quality targets.


What you'll do

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground and aerial construction activities, assigning crews and resources to meet production and schedule targets.
  • Enforce company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and site-specific safety plans; conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Plan work sequences, mobilizations, and logistics for trenching, boring, vault installation, conduit placement, pole setting, and aerial cable/stringing.
  • Monitor field operations to identify and resolve operational problems, delays, or safety issues; implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance, servicing, and safe operation of construction equipment (borers, excavators, trenchers, bucket trucks, derricks, loaders); schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate daily work reports, crew logs, material usage records, incident reports, and as-built documentation; submit required reports in a timely manner.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members and new hires on construction methods, safe work practices, proper use of tools and equipment, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate material ordering, inventory management, and staging of supplies (conduit, cable, anchors, hardware, poles, vault components) to ensure continuous work flow.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tools, vehicles, poles, anchors, vaults, and temporary works; identify and correct defects or hazards immediately.
  • Interface with project managers, engineers, utility owners, and subcontractors to confirm specifications, traffic control, permits, and site access.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and traffic control requirements during excavation and restoration work.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support project delivery and crew performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory experience in underground and aerial utility/construction or similar field operations.
  • Knowledge of excavation, trench safety, shoring, boring operations, pole setting, climbing/anchoring practices, and aerial cable installation.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA/regulatory safety standards, traffic control, and utility locates.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred where required.
  • Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, confined space, first aid/CPR, bucket/derrick operation) preferred
