Job Overview

• Provides continuous oversight of all daily Quality activities to assure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide proper control, review, and management of site documentation to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the review, approval, and disposition of finished product for the site and final CoA signature
• Facilitates client project management as required ensuring “quality on time and in full”
• Coordinates the investigation and closure of non-conformances ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and change controls are initiated and deviations are closed

About the Job:

Title of the Position: Automation Technician

The Automation Technician ensures reliable operation of sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing systems by installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting automation components, process instrumentation, drives, motors, control devices, clean utility systems, and aseptic production equipment. The role supports continuous and compliant operations under cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and cleanroom standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors and transmitters for pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, and environmental monitoring.
• Support in performing GMP‑compliant calibrations with complete traceability and accurate documentation.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot motors, pumps, fans, drives, control devices, and sterile manufacturing equipment.
• Perform conduit bending, cable routing, wire pulling, cable termination, tray installation, and equipment connections in accordance with plant procedures.

About you and this role:

Supports manufacturing operations by conducting laboratory analyses and evaluating results, as needed, which provides critical data. Prepares samples and performs basic calibration, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and methods. Uses data systems to acquire data and monitor analytical system performance. Reports results to clients. Requires broadened technical skills in analytical scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities. May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Responsibilities/Duties

Responsible for waste treatment pond operation, pond rounds, water samples, outfall sampling and monitoring.

Performs routine analyses.

Collects samples according to the Sample Plan.

Prepares basic calibration standards.

Performs basic calibration and preventative maintenance of analytical systems.
