Ideal candidate is an Automation Technician (2 years) with strong hands-on PLC troubleshooting skills, ladder logic reading, HMI familiarity, and packaging equipment experience. Able to collaborate with mechanical techs, and adept at diagnosing electrical/automation issues in a GMP manufacturing environment. In this role, you will provide technical engineering support on all system/equipment optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications. Assist during regulatory agency inspections. Provide technical support in response to the FDA and other regulatory agencies.

Support cGMP validation of equipment and processes.

Complete advanced maintenance activities or operate and monitor sophisticated plant support equipment in accordance with CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, job plans, and Client policies.

Investigate complex issues or problems through the mentorship of experienced staff.

Assist the team with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for equipment/systems.

Evaluate the current maintenance procedures and assist in the changes to optimize the maintenance program troubleshoot and repair equipment/system failures.

Interpret and review utility, process system/equipment, plumbing, ductwork plans, architectural, and HVAC P&ID's.

Support Operations using Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Support Operations in non-standard shifts that include weekends and/or holidays as determined by the business.

DEFINITION OF POSITION:

The Interventional Radiology/Cardiology Radiologic Technologist supports diagnostic and interventional procedures through expert operation of fluoroscopic imaging equipment, sterile technique, and procedural workflow coordination. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The technologist demonstrates advanced technical competence in procedural imaging, radiation safety, sterile field maintenance, and hemodynamic monitoring while adhering to departmental protocols and regulatory standards. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Instrumentation and Calibration Engineer has the responsibility for ensuring the site’s production instruments are operating at optimal levels and properly maintained to data collection in an FDA regulated environment. Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Computer Vision Engineer to join our team on-site in Danvers, MA. The role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge computer vision algorithms to enhance virtual tours and automated rental solutions. Responsibilities include developing 3D spatial reconstruction technics, pattern recognition models, utilizing computer vision techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating vision systems into our rental platform. The engineer will also work on performance optimization and ensure seamless integration of these technologies with the platform’s functionalities.

CNC Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Edit and load programs using Xilog.
• Create mix files to optimize machine workload.
• Calibrate and qualify tooling.
• Perform machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Understand and perform CNC area workflow.
• Capable of understanding 5 axis machining operations (horizontal machining, beveling, etc.)
• Properly mark and organize parts after machining.
• Validate accuracy of machined parts.
• Able to assist programming by processing Microvellum projects
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs with CNC Supervisor.

General Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all CNC equipment
• Be proficient in casework construction and standard 32mm cabinetry.
