We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to support the design and development of off-highway vehicle electrical systems. About the Role:

The Project Manager (PM) will be a lead member in our operations team and will drive the delivery of all the various network infrastructure and cabling projects within a particular site. The Electrician II (Maintenance) performs maintenance, repair and installation as may be required on the interior building and exterior electrical distribution and lighting systems on the campus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Repairs defective outlets and switches; replaces burned out or defective exterior lighting; Checks and replaces defective circuit protection devices including fuses up to 4160 volt.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and installation of electrical systems on new and existing commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract documents, codes, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with deep electrical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage crews and jobsite operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Superintendent plans and assigns daily work activities based on workforce capabilities and project needs. This position orders materials and tools, schedules major deliveries, and attends jobsite meetings to coordinate with project stakeholders. The superintendent supervises electrical installations to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities also include calling for inspections, accompanying inspectors during walkthroughs, and documenting any violations or deficiencies. The superintendent notifies the general contractor or appropriate administrators of any code violations, omissions, conflicts, or deviations identified in the installation documents.

This role enforces all company safety programs, including safety, drug-free workplace, and hazardous communication requirements. The Electrical Superintendent works closely with manufacturers, owner representatives, and owners to ensure proper installation and system performance. Understanding employee strengths and placing individuals in the most appropriate tasks is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Journeyman or Master Electrician license and have completed a minimum of four years of formal training through an approved apprenticeship program. Required certifications include OSHA 10-hour training, First Aid and CPR, and Hilti or Cadweld certification. Candidates must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all trades and levels within a jobsite environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Security Project Manager. The role involves managing multiple security projects, Access Control & CCTV Systems, managing inspections & code compliance, and ensuring compliance with information security protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, implementing security measures, and ensuring successful execution of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management, with the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Life Safety Codes, Security standards and Information Security concepts and practices.
• Experience with Network Security and Security Management, inclusive of monitoring and maintaining secure environments.
• Skills in risk assessment, incident management, and strategic planning related to security.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field experience or relevant certifications.
• Prior experience managing security projects in the technology, telecommunications, or government sectors is highly desirable.

$25.4-37 per hour!The Facilities Electrician inspects, installs, repairs, and maintains all of the electrical systems and equipment. This includes but not limited to: wiring, electrical fixtures, electric motors, motor controls, variable frequency drives, soft starters, programmable logic controls, pumps, lighting, generators and all levels of electrical distribution, transformers, and inverters.

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors, etc.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and repair/correct the problem. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Work from ladders, scaffold, Aerial Lifts and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Must be able to complete assigned Work orders and enter the completed jobs in computer system.

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Vocational / technical training in electrical preferred.
• At least 6-8 years of prior equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to read/write, comprehend instructions and communicate in English.
• Ability to work safely and effectively while elevated on ladders, platforms, or other structures at heights up to 320 feet above ground.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
• Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
