Role Overview:

Job Summary
The Security Department’s team is responsible for the safety and security of Peacock Theater and Arena guests, team members, and assets at all times.
Essential Functions
- Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis.
- Respond to all security and safety related issues in a timely manner.
- Investigate incidents and compile information for official reports.
- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without the loss of efficiency or composure.
- Use excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests, clients, and staff.
- Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors.
- Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by Event Security Managers and Supervisors.
- Have a basic understanding of the rule of law and the corresponding penal codes.
- Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly relay relevant information when requested.
- Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional guests and staff during intensely aggravated circumstances.
- Ability to effectively perform in crisis situations and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
- Ability to maintain guest, team member, and company confidentiality.

- End time is at the end of the event (approximately 12am-Midnight).

As an On Premise Recruiter you will…
- Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
- Perform all necessary contractor screening to ensure the contractor’s qualifications meet open positions (ie. Interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc.).
- Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek.
- Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
- Maintain all documentation using Aerotek’s online systems to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.

Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Air Dispersion Modeler, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients and our air quality team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the field to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in air dispersion modeling and environmental consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of air dispersion modeling studies using EPA-approved models (e.g., AERMOD, CALPUFF, ISCST3).
- Analyze impacts of accidental releases using specialized models and ambient monitoring equipment.
- Conduct emissions calculations and data analysis to support air quality permit applications and compliance assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze environmental data, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings effectively.
- Learn and apply federal, state, and local air quality regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in field studies and site visits as needed to collect data and verify modeling inputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in air quality and environmental issues.
- Familiarity with air dispersion modeling concepts and software tools is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
