Job Overview 

The Production Intern will support the Production & Sourcing team during our peak production season. This is a hands-on role providing exposure to global apparel manufacturing, vendor management, and supply chain operations at a fast-growing sportswear brand. The ideal candidate will gain practical experience in production coordination, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to critical production deadlines. 

 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist Production team with purchase order tracking, WIP updates, and production status reporting. 
  • Communicate daily with internal and external partners regarding sample development, production timelines, and delivery information. 
  • Support real-time coordination of strike-off and samples, requiring detailed documentation. 
  • Coordinate proto and fit sample arrivals, ensuring accurate documenting.  
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing parcels and check in production samples as they are delivered 
  • Help with sample measuring.  
  • Help organize and maintain the production fit area and sample closet. 
  • Maintain and organize costing records and style information documentation when needed. 
  • Support HTS code assignments and compliance documentation for customs and country of origin requirements.  
  • Assist with creating and formatting Excel charts, linesheets, and production reports.  
  • Assist Studio Manager and Production Coordinator in arranging shipments to factories 
  • Prepare and communicate agendas for cross-functional team meetings and attend as needed.

Who You Are 

  • Undergraduate Junior or Senior or graduate with a degree in: Fashion Design, Management, Production, or Technical Design.

You will be trusted to oversee a growing client portfolio and collaborate with other team members to deliver innovative solutions to the book of business.

This role will also be focused on helping Rise drive revenue growth through three core areas:Partnering with the Account Management team mapped to their respective portfolio of accounts to retain current business through delivering a remarkable experience and superior results.Working in full collaboration with the Account Management team to grow pre-existing Rise revenue through uncovering and tactically up-selling strategic client growth opportunities, an emphasis on cross-channel or full-funnel growth initiativesSupporting new business revenue growth by partnering with Business Development, Account Management, Media Strategy and other channel leaders on new business initiativesAs part of accomplishing the above objectives, the Director, Social Investment will be expected to successfully and fluidly operate across a wide variety of internal and external situations ranging from coaching internal channel managers on complex strategic initiatives, to pitching C-Level client contacts on new business opportunities, to working with Client Partners to craft compelling narratives in order to sell-through strategic growth initiatives.In addition, this individual must be well-spoken, have strong presentation skills, understand client relationship/risk management, be comfortable managing a high performance team and overseeing large complex accounts with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.The right candidate will be passionate about social media and its importance in the consumer journey and marketing funnel.

Primary Job Function

Dawson has partnered with a Columbus-based corporation to assist in finding a Social Media Design - Content Creator. The role is part of the Strategic Services Team within their creative agency. It is made up of highly skilled and collaborative cross-functional partners that work together to solve complex problems in innovative ways and create experiences that delight.


The Social Media Design - Content Creator will be responsible for planning and producing high-quality content across various social media platforms to drive business objectives and engage our brand’s target audiences. This role involves creating visually appealing and compelling social content in the form of images, videos, reels, infographics, etc. that align with our brand identities and marketing goals.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, etc).
  • Conceptualize, shoot, design, write, and edit engaging social media content with ability to iterate and execute ideas quickly.
  • Collaborate with the social media experience team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitive activities, tools, and applications, and apply best practices to enhance content performance and drive content creation efficiencies.

Who we're looking for:
