Position Summary: Corporate and Securities Associate
CFM is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join our Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Practice in one of our offices in the Bay Area, New York, or Denver. The Associate will engage in a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, with a strong focus on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset-related financial products. This role involves advising on securities laws and regulations, assisting with onshore and offshore compliance, and supporting transactions such as private placements, venture capital financings, institutional debt and equity financings, restricted stock transfers, and mergers and acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, token offerings, and emerging legal issues in fintech.
Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive at Alchemy, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development on our infrastructure. You will be responsible for owning the entire sales process and have the opportunity to partner with teammates across the company, including leadership and our founders. Responsibilities- Building and owning the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing contracts, client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction

SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive Senior Associate, Building Science Knowledge Systems, who will support and help manage projects that strengthen the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) ability to assemble, store, and disseminate codes, standards, performance criteria, and best practices in the built environment. Our goal is to make knowledge easier to access and understand so that buildings are safer, more efficient, and more innovative. This role will own defined project workstreams and support multi-stakeholder projects to ensure alignment with client goals, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The Senior Associate will coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors, contribute to clear communication and reporting, and help ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.

- Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects and workstreams with emphasis on building technology and innovation.
- Draft and maintain project workplans and schedules for assigned projects and workstreams.
