Key Responsibilities: Provide general cardiology services, including: Patient consultations in an ambulatory clinic (Monday to Friday, 8 am5 pm).
Rounding on hospitalized patients.
Supervise and collaborate with a team of 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) .
Participate in nuclear cardiology reads (if certified).
Cover scheduled call assignments, typically requiring a 20-minute response time.
Assignment Schedule: Specific dates include coverage during key holiday periods and high-demand times.
Examples of priority dates: March 324, 2025 (spring break coverage).
May 23June 2, 2025 (holiday coverage).
July 1828, 2025 (high-demand summer coverage).
December 19, 2025January 5, 2026 (holiday coverage).
Additional Information: Patient Volume: Approximately 912 patients per shift .
EMR System: Epic .
Licensure: Must be licensed in Montana or eligible via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) .
Certifications: ACLS required; Board Certification in Cardiology required.

Qualifications/Requirements Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited graduate school of Medicine.
Must have successfully completed a residency program in psychiatry which has been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association or those Canadian training programs approved by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or other appropriate Canadian medical authority.
Must be board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Association.
Must be in good standing, and under no restrictions, with the state licensure board in any state in which a license is held.
