The Role:

• Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex coverage issues across personal, commercial, liability, property, professional liability, excess, and reinsurance matters.

• Draft detailed coverage opinions and provide claims-handling guidance.

• Defend carriers in coverage litigation, bad faith, and declaratory judgment actions.

• Manage caseload with partner support, including appeals, arbitrations, and mediations.

• Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, motions, and trial preparation.

About you: 2-7 years of experience in insurance coverage; willingness to live and work in Dallas; strong writing skills.

HTI is assisting a global packaging company with their search for an experienced, dynamic Plant Manager for their new start-up facility in Spartanburg, SC!

This position is full-time and direct hire, with a salary range of approximately $130,000 - $175,000 / year (depending on education and experience), plus bonus. Relocation assistance is available. Summary

Lead the start-up and operational management of the Spartanburg, SC facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production across manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, and quality functions. This role is accountable for developing and executing operational strategies that align with corporate objectives, health and safety standards, and both short- and long-term business goals. They ensure compliance with federal and state workplace regulations, drive continuous improvement to optimize results and reduce waste, manage budgets and performance metrics, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and workforce development.

Job Duties include:

• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and all federal/OSHA/state regulations
• Lead daily operations across manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, and quality to meet production schedules, safety standards, and exceed customer expectations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency, quality, and service delivery
• Develop and implement innovative operational strategies aligned with short- and long-term business objectives

A market leading packaging manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Manager to lead one of its production facilities. This organization operates multiple sites across North America and supplies essential components to leading brands in consumer and industrial markets.

This role offers full site leadership responsibility and significant autonomy, reporting directly to senior operations leadership.

You will be a part of the Production Operations team and report to the Supervisor of Production Operations responsible for filling and packaging of large volume reagents. * Set-up and utilize equipment to fill reagents into bottles while adhering to Batch Record and Standard Operating Procedures

* Work as part of a team to package filled bottles into kit configurations.

* Adhere to SOPs, detailed processes, safety regulations, and contamination controls.

* Support production teams across the site in addition to their primary team. This may include requests to work hours outside of the normal shift as necessary to support customer production demand.

* Regular use of computers for routine tasks, data generation and analysis, time reporting, online training, email, etc.)

The essential requirements of the job include:

* High School Diploma and 0-1 years of related experience in ERP systems

* 0-1 Years related experience in a GMP/GLP environment.
