You will be Plug’s internal force multiplier. You will own cross-functional strategic projects, build and refine operating systems, drive accountability across teams, and ensure the company executes against its priorities. What You’ll Do...


Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Lead high-priority, CEO/VP-level initiatives from concept to operational rollout (e.g., new business lines, geographic expansion, partnerships, auction ops, lender integrations).

  • Run deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes and translate insights into operational changes.

Process Design & Scalability

  • Architect and refine processes for Plug’s business lines 
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, and repeatable systems that simplify complex operations.

Reporting to our Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll be the person who turns messy reality into scalable systems — translating how deals actually move through Plug into workflows, automations, dashboards, and insights that make the entire company faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do...


Run the Revenue Machine

You’ll operate directly inside our revenue workflows:

  • Support deal flow across Sales, Partnerships, and Operations
  • Keep HubSpot (and connected systems) clean, accurate, and reliable

  • Resolve data issues, broken flows, and edge cases


Turn Chaos Into Systems

You’ll help design and build the systems that power Plug’s revenue engine:

  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, pipelines, automations, and properties
  • Design rules for how deals move between stages
  • Implement lead routing, task automation, SLA tracking, and lifecycle logic
  • Connect HubSpot to tools like Slack, Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.

• Own project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting

• Serve as owner’s representative with general contractors, designers, and vendors

• Drive accountability for schedule, quality, safety, and cost outcomes

Preconstruction & Cost Control

• Provide constructability reviews and cost feedback during design development

• Support GC RFP creation, bid evaluation, and pricing leveling

• Review, negotiate, and approve change orders

• Track WIP, review contractor invoices, and manage budget variance

MEP & Technical Oversight

• Oversee critical MEP systems including power distribution, cooling, and redundancy

• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and long-lead equipment procurement

• Support commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover processes

Safety, Communication & Reporting

• Partner with EH&S to enforce site safety programs

• Maintain clear communication across owners, designers, and contractors

• Deliver monthly executive updates on schedule, budget, and risk

• Travel to active sites as required (30–70%)


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience

• 5–7+ years of construction project management experience

• Direct data center construction experience

• Experience managing $100M+ mission-critical construction projects

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction platforms

• PMP and/or LEED AP a plus

Responsibilities:

  • A demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • High proficiency with in-person and virtual presentations with customers
  • Proficiency in programs such Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Prospecting and sales planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation skills and results driven
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced high growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
