Responsibilities

A Commercial Banking Officer will perform a variety of duties to meet the commercial service needs of business customers and will include some lending authority. This position requires an employee able to develop new business relationships with prospective customers and maintain continuous business relationships with present customers. A valid drivers license is required.

  • Monitor and review accounts for appropriate risk rating to avoid risk rating changes by loan review, the Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC) and other loan review processes.
  • Provide guidance, on-the-job training and technical assistance to Commercial Loan Officers 1(s) and 2(s)
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.

Overview

Part Time/ Temp Warehouse Specialist working with back orders, inventory counts, Occasional local travel may be required to deliver parts to customers, and parts returns. Additional responsibilities: shipping/receiving, hose assembly, inventory storage, and order picking activities for the Parts Department. Basic Duties

May on a continuous basis, walk, bend and lift up to 75 pounds. The wearing of approved safety equipment (i.e. safety glasses with side shields and steel toe footwear) is required. Noise level in the office is usually low and the noise level in the warehouse may range from low to moderate. Must be flexible during peak season to work overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required to deliver parts to customers. Essential Job Functions:

• Load and unload the vehicle for multi-stop deliveries.
• Transport deliveries by driving assigned vehicles.
• Use hand truck to move product from the delivery vehicle into the customer location including going up and down stairs with product as necessary.
• Accurately record delivery information including operating a hand scanner and all company required documentation.
• Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.
• Communicate delivery- customer issues to proper authority (i.e., Customer Service, Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor, etc.).
• Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
• Unload product safely and stage product in the space(s) designated by customer.
• Check invoice for complete delivery. Process paperwork and damaged merchandise if any.
• Collect payments if necessary.
• Monitor refrigeration system on the delivery vehicle on a consistent basis for safety; follow all safe food handling procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections such as monitoring fluid levels, tires, windshield wash and replenishing fuel.
• Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Related Experience/Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required. No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver’s license suspensions in the past three years. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
No commercial or professional driving experience required. One year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred or six months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.

Key Responsibilities -

* Safe Operation: Transport resin over routes in compliance with DOT regulations.
