Develop fully integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning logically tied, and resource loaded schedules • Monitor, analyze and report the critical path and overall project performance • Analyze and report on scheduling and project data with an innovative approach leading to actionable outcomes • Create potential “what-if” scenario schedules showing viable alternative paths to achieve project objectives, accelerate or reduce schedule and cost risks • Ensure scheduling tools are progressed and updated weekly with all stakeholders across multiple programs, while providing accurate and meaningful outputs

Required Skills & Experience

3-10 years of scheduling/planning experience on large commercial, industrial, mining, government, or oil & gas construction projects • Project size $100M + • Direct scheduling experience with proficiency in Primavera P6 are required for this role • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills • Power BI experience preferred but not required • Experience in Critical Path Methodology, Earned Value Management with a demonstrated history of successful schedule reporting, compression, and mitigation efforts

Triad Electric & Controls, part of The Newtron Group, is seeking a Recruiting & Training Coordinator to support our National Operations team. This role supports both workforce recruiting and field training efforts across active projects nationwide.

This position is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and reports to the National Project Controls Manager. Travel of up to 50% is required.

This is not a full-time recruiting role. Recruiting needs fluctuate throughout the year. During periods of lower recruiting activity, this position will focus on coordinating and scheduling training initiatives to support field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

• Coordinate participation in career fairs, recruiting events, and industry outreach efforts.
• Plan and manage logistics for recruiting events, with support from home office staff as needed.
• Support recruiting efforts for Project Controls, Safety, Quality, and Construction Supervision roles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department managers.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and follow-up.
• Work with management to support current and future staffing needs.

Training Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate site-based training for active jobsites.
• Work with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to plan training content and schedules.
• Maintain a centralized training calendar aligned with project schedules.
• Manage training logistics, scheduling, and communication.
• Reduce administrative burden on jobsite teams by centralizing training coordination.
• Support consistent execution of training across national operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, training coordination, workforce development, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Comfortable working with field leadership and technical professionals.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler / Estimator to join our growing team. The Scheduler / Estimator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for multiple projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Work closely with project managers, operations department and field supervisors to gather schedule input and ensure accuracy.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and potential schedule risks; recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Track and report progress against baseline schedules, providing regular updates to management and project teams.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction sequencing.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

LICENSURE

Conducts comprehensive clinical reviews of adverse determinations related to medical necessity.

Initiates outreach to providers to obtain clarification or additional documentation in alignment with established clinical criteria and organizational policies, to support Medical Director decision making.

Provides support for claim appeals in relation to medical necessity.

Ensures the timely and accurate resolution of appeal cases and supports organizational adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Facilitates member second level appeal process.

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing is required.

BSN preferred.

Minimum 2 years acute care experience or managed care experience is required.

Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare preferred.

Knowledge of InterQual screening criteria, ICD-10, CPT coding preferred.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing issued by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas is required.

Active Certification in Case Management (CCM) is preferred.
