Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler / Estimator to join our growing team. The Scheduler / Estimator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for multiple projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Work closely with project managers, operations department and field supervisors to gather schedule input and ensure accuracy.
- Identify critical paths, milestones, and potential schedule risks; recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Track and report progress against baseline schedules, providing regular updates to management and project teams.
- Analyze schedule impacts due to scope changes, delays, or unforeseen conditions.
- Support project planning and forecasting activities by providing data-driven insights.
- Prepare and present schedule reports for internal and client meetings.
- Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company procedures and project requirements.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction sequencing.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Excel-based tracking tools and other project management software, such as Procore.

Project Scheduler – Electrical Construction (Houston, TX)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support large‑scale electrical construction projects across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using P6/MS Project for multiple concurrent electrical projects
- Support preconstruction teams with baseline schedules, logic ties, and milestone planning
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to gather progress updates and validate schedule accuracy
- Analyze critical paths, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Participate in OAC and trade coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all disciplines
- Review subcontractor schedules for accuracy, logic, and integration into the master schedule
- Support delay analysis, recovery schedules, and resequencing efforts when required
- Maintain documentation for schedule changes, impacts, and project controls compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of scheduling experience in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or large‑scale electrical construction
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and schedule reporting tools
- Understanding of electrical construction sequencing, manpower loading, and critical path methodology
- Experience supporting $20M+ electrical scopes or large multi‑trade commercial projects
- Ability to communicate schedule impacts clearly to both field and office teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions
- Experience collaborating with GCs, engineers, and trade partners in a fast‑paced environment

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizes Transportation software to create and manage transportation schedules for external vendors and Transcare when needed.
- Acts as a point of contact to external vendors for transportation needs and scheduling rides for participants.
- Tracks trips in real time and make adjustments as needed throughout the day.
- Utilizes scheduling software to optimize trips for Transcare and monitors rides assigned to external vendors.
- Utilizes scheduling software to run reports and analyze data to improve efficiency in Transportation department.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
