Job Description:

The Construction Quality Engineer (CQE) is responsible for implementation of the Quality

Plan and oversight of all quality issues, ensuring that all aspects of the buildings meet the

required contractual, technical, quality and regulatory standards focusing on quality

assurance and control throughout the construction process. He/She for TRISO-X

(buildings) must ensure compliance with the Construction Quality Management Plan

(CQMP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), released-for-construction (RFC) drawings and

applicable standards. This position must operate independently from production and

supervision teams to maintain objectivity and integrity in quality program processes.


Job Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in civil engineering, construction management, nuclear engineering or similar industry or Current certification in Quality Management from the
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) or the American Society of Civil Engineers or AWS CWI or ANSI Level II Mechanical Certifications equivalent experience or education is preferable.
  • The skills required for this role are typically demonstrated by 5 years of relevant experience for a Level III, 10 years for a Level IV, and 15 years for a Level V.
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in full-time Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control management and with design-build contracts.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting and advancing construction projects throughout all phases of planning, design, bidding, construction and closeout. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Design Support

The Superintendent works directly with the Project Managers and is directly accountable to the Corporate President.


This is a full-time position (40 hours). The positions may require more than 40 hours per week, depending on department/project needs and deadline objectives. Work Monday through Friday during the day with occasional work on nights and/or weekends depending on time-sensitive deadlines. Work weeks occasionally may be four (4) ten-hour workdays. The company will provide vehicle transportation and fuel for travel to and from projects. Work hours start and end at the location of the work project. The normal workday is 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. but is subject to change as circumstances dictate. Generally, 30 minutes are allotted for unpaid lunch breaks, it is highly recommended to pack a lunch. During overnight stays, the company will provide lodging and pay per diem for meals. The Construction Project Superintendent position will set the work schedule as necessary to maintain project plans and schedules in coordination with the client. The superintendent will track and submit employee work hours to payroll.

Junior Construction Administrator

Location: Chattanooga, TN (or Project-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Construction Administrator to support our project teams with documentation control, administrative coordination, and routine project communications. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in construction management and project administration who wants hands-on exposure to active construction projects.

The Junior Construction Administrator works under the direction of the Project Manager or Project Engineer and plays a key role in keeping project records organized, deadlines tracked, and communications flowing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files and documentation within project management systems

• Log, track, and distribute RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project correspondence

• Assist in assembling submittal packages and tracking review status through approval

• Support preparation of routine project correspondence under supervision

• Assist with compiling pay application backup, including invoices, lien waivers, and material documentation

• Assist in maintaining the project Sustainability Notebook

• Assist in maintaining the project Quality Assurance Manual

• Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and soliciting proposals from vendors and subcontractors

• Track close-out documentation including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings

• Assist with meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up action items

• Coordinate routine communications between internal project teams and external partners

Qualifications

Required:

• 0–3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes

Preferred:

• Exposure to construction projects or internships

• Familiarity with document management systems (Smartsheets, Project Site, etc. )

• Interest in construction management or project administration
