Job Description

The Transformation Group+ (TTG) is a healthcare‑specific Managed Services Organization (MSO) delivering high‑impact IT, security, and compliance services to provider organizations nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Information Security Director who can operate at the intersection of hands‑on engineering, strategic advisory, and leadership execution.

This role is responsible for assessing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security programs for healthcare clients—spanning technical controls, governance, risk, compliance, and incident response. You will also support TTG’s internal security posture, ensuring our own environment reflects the standards we deliver to clients.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong client‑facing communication skills, and the ability to translate complex security requirements into practical, scalable solutions.


Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Engagement

  • Lead security assessments for prospective and existing clients, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and organizational processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on security architecture, compliance requirements, and best‑practice frameworks relevant to healthcare organizations.

Security Engineering & Operations

  • Implement, configure, and manage security controls across Active Directory, Azure, IAM, endpoint protection, network security, and cloud environments.
  • Oversee or support Epic Security administration, access governance, and template/role design.
  • Develop and execute vulnerability management processes, including scanning, remediation planning, and reporting.
  • Support or lead incident response activities, including triage, containment, investigation, documentation, and breach notification coordination.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments, threat/vulnerability analyses, and control evaluations aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and industry frameworks.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for both TTG and client organizations.
  • Support audit readiness and audit response activities for internal and client environments.
  • Lead or contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, testing, and program management.

Program Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Design and oversee security program components such as monitoring, logging, SIEM use cases, DLP, identity governance, and access review processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across security operations, compliance workflows, and client service delivery.
  • Deliver or coordinate security awareness training and promote a culture of security across TTG and client organizations.
  • Collaborate with TTG leadership to ensure alignment between security strategy, operational execution, and client needs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Security, with a blend of engineering, consulting, and program leadership responsibilities.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders, and lead client-facing meetings, operating as a service provider to deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and security frameworks (HIPAA, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience with IAM, Azure security, AD hardening, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Job Description

Job Summary:

Manages a team of chemists/scientists/technicians and executes pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape prototype development, scale-up, and product launch in various applications. The group leader will focus on platform technology development, new product development for customer-driven projects, as well as continuous improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes. Emphasis on acrylic polymer synthesis, silicone and rubber adhesive formulations, PSA rheology, knowledge of tape assemblies, backing material selection, and release liner familiarity. Works with customers and AR teams to collect design input and develop new product design strategies. Technical and laboratory lead in developing new adhesive solutions, robust products, and basic production processes that can be successfully commercialized.


Essential Functions:

  • Establishes and directs research programs for new product development and product/process improvement of current products. Responsible for complex basic research and/or product development projects.
  • Leads lab personnel and facilitates development of product constructions and processes; designs & conducts chemical experiments on both lab- and production-scale; designs and specifies production scale processes and contributes to product validation.
  • Conducts and directs required laboratory work to develop new PSA and tape assemblies including polymerization, formulation, coating and testing. Develops new products that lead to sustainable commercial revenue.
  • Completes any necessary regulatory forms. Ensures team follows similar protocols and procedures.

Job Specifications:

  • BS degree (or higher) in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science or materials science and/or significant industrial experience. Ph.D. degree preferred but not required.
  • Greater than 3 years adhesive formulation, mixing process and coating process experience. Demonstrates detailed knowledge of required chemical and physical test methods for PSA characterization. Requires an aptitude to use sensitive test equipment.

Overview

  • True Benefit is hiring a Client Success Executive to own employer client relationships after implementation within an established ADP TotalSource PEO partnership.
  • This is a post-sale, post-implementation role—no prospecting, no selling, and no people management.
  • Your responsibility begins once the client is live and continues through the life of the account.
  • You’ll work closely with ADP TotalSource HR Business Partners (HRBPs) embedded with clients, serving as the primary benefits expert and relationship owner focused on service excellence, retention, and long-term client health.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned employer clients
  • Partner closely with ADP HRBPs supporting clients at their locations
  • Own the client relationship with a focus on:
  • Retention and renewals
  • Service quality and escalation management
  • Proactive issue identification and resolution
  • Manage benefit changes, ongoing service needs, and carrier coordination
  • Identify and address at-risk accounts before issues escalate
  • Travel locally to client sites in Northern NJ with periodic travel to ADP’s NYC office


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience in employee benefits account management, client success, or post-sale service
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of group health insurance (small group experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to own client relationships independently
  • Comfortable in a field-based, client-facing role
  • Experience working with PEO, HCM, or employer-facing environments is a plus
  • Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?

Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. Leads the development of the integrated solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics and strategic insight.

The VP, Group Account Director works with our clients to plan, execute, manage and analyze their digital marketing campaigns, as well as drives new initiatives and ideas forward. This individual interacts with clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and is a key contributor for the client’s day-to-day issues and projects. The VP, Group Account Director works closely with each of the internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH including Project Management, Strategy, Business Systems Analysis, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Design and Development. This role requires experience with managing projects, timelines, cost and tight deadlines.
