This is a full-time, field-based position located in Northern Los Angeles. What we are looking for
Education: College degree or equivalent/applicable experience required
Experience: 2-5 years of success in complex sales environments, ideally involving long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
Solid background in B2B sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency with CRM systems, using data to manage pipelines and optimize performance
Experience applying best-in-class sales methodologies, such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Miller Heiman
A valid driver's license is required, as travel may be necessary to fulfill key responsibilities of the role
Willingness to travel to customer locations minimum 3 days a week
Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Office, specifically Teams with preference for experience in C4C or Qlikview
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference given to those who have worked in a laboratory or research environment and/or with distribution experience and a scientific background

The Sales Representative is accountable for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory, using a formal selling approach. Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$59,150.00 - $100,740.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$98,600.00 - $167,900.00Actual Pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
TCO is defined as Base Salary + Target Sales Incentive (Sales Incentive eligible role only).

What you'll be doing:
Warehouse material handlers' essential duties are to perform various tasks in the warehouse such as but not limited to:
- Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, compare to manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. Material handlers must report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms. Also be able to sign for inbound shipments when necessary. - Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type (lot, batch, serial number) of product are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment such as but not limited to fork trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, over-pack, and palletize as required.
- Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Assign signature for outbound as necessary. Efficiently move products, cartons and or pallets into trailers, rail cars or containers.
- Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.

The QA Analyst is responsible for support functions related to the quality systems team, clerical and administrative support, data entry and other supporting functions to ensure maintenance of policies and procedures according to applicable regulatory requirements. The individual will be required to interpret customer purchase orders for quality obligations and will need to negotiate terms of those requirements. This position may also support or participate in the preparation and implementation of QA policies and procedures, perform and manage internal audits, assist or lead customer audits and regulatory inspections, resolve process flow issues, and ensure standards and safety regulations are observed. The QA Analyst must have excellent communication skills to document and perform QA activities, such as writing clarification letters, creating internal audit reports, managing root cause investigations of audit findings, preparing Corrective and Preventive Action reports (CAPA), communicating directly with customers, creating and administering internal training materials and collaborating among cross functional departments. What we're looking for:
- Education: High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental, etc.) preferred or demonstrable evidence of job-related professional experience and/or strong internal knowledge of Avantor.

- Create, review, and update controlled documents (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Forms, Training Materials).
- Identify and implement corrections or process improvements that will ensure the health and compliance of our QMS. Including participating in ABS events related to reduction of errors, process improvements, and improved customer experience.
- Support Lead Auditors with various problem-solving principles, tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean principals, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
- Collect, manage and maintain quality data/records, prepare routine/special reports and interpret such information to assess the health of our QMS and make recommendation to management.
- Participate in the ongoing surveillance and recertification activities required to remain ISO Certified.
- This position is customer facing and often supports our commercial team. It includes, but is not limited to, preparing for and participating in routine customer calls/events (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, Quality Summits, Gemba Walks, etc.)

Keep track of participant lists and progress dashboards.
4. Data, Metrics, Maintenance & Reporting
