Pilot in Command: PC-12
Salary not disclosed
Topeka, KS 1 week ago

Location: Topeka, KS (KFOE)

Job Type: Full-time, Not Commutable

Operation: Part 91

Reports to: Chief Pilot and Director of Operations (as needed)

This is not a checklist role. It’s a left-seat career.

At Vaerus Aviation, we’re looking for a Pilot in Command who values judgment, preparation, and professionalism, and wants an operation that respects all three.

If you’re an experienced PIC who believes the quality of the operation determines the quality of your life, this may be the role you’ve been looking for.

What This Role Actually Feels Like

You’ll fly well-maintained business aircraft with realistic planning, clear communication, and a team that understands aviation from the cockpit outward.

You won’t be rushed into poor decisions.

You won’t be second-guessed after good ones.

You won’t be treated like a seat-filler.

You’ll be trusted to command the aircraft and the mission.

Aircraft & Mission Profile

Our operation includes a mix of jet and turboprop flying, supporting a variety of business and personal travel missions.

What We Value in a PIC

This role is a strong fit for pilots who:

Prepare thoroughly and think ahead

Communicate clearly and calmly

Respect SOPs while exercising sound judgment

Value professionalism over heroics

Care about building a sustainable flying career

If you’re chasing flight hours or a fast upgrade, this likely isn’t the right seat.

If you’re building a career, it might be.

The Vaerus Operating Environment

We’ve built Vaerus Aviation intentionally:

Maintenance culture focused on reliability and transparency

Leadership that respects PIC authority

Planning that reduces chaos, not creates it

A culture that supports longevity, not burnout

Our pilots stay because the operation makes sense.

Minimum Qualifications Include

Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single-Engine and Instrument Ratings

Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time

Turbine Experience Required

Pilatus PC-12 Experience Preferred

Possess a Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher

Possess a US Passport and driver’s license

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit

Experience in corporate aircraft demonstrates the adaptability, systems knowledge, and operational judgment we value. If you bring most - but not all - of this experience, we’re still open to the conversation.

Confidential by Design

We understand that experienced PICs don’t job hunt loudly.  If you’re curious but discreet, every inquiry is handled privately and professionally.

→ Start a confidential pilot-to-pilot conversation

No recruiters.

No automated systems.

Just a direct discussion with people who understand the left seat.

Primary Care Physician

Concierge Medicine | Marquis MD — Boca Raton, FL

Get Off the Treadmill and Practice Medicine the Way You Always Intended To

Marquis MD is a physician-led concierge medical practice created for primary care physicians who want to practice at the highest level — without the volume pressure, administrative burden, or insurance battles that dominate traditional medicine.

This opportunity is designed for doctors who have mastered their craft and are now ready for a more sustainable, rewarding way to practice.

Every physician remembers why they went into medicine — to make a real difference in people’s lives. Many physicians reach a point where they ask: “Is this really how I want to practice for the rest of my career?”

Marquis MD exists for doctors who believe the answer can be no — and who want something better without starting over.

What This Role Is — and Is Not

Marquis MD is not:

  • Another private-equity funded startup
  • A volume-driven model
  • Rushed 10–15 minute visits
  • Endless documentation & administrative hassle

Marquis MD is:

  • A well-resourced concierge practice with dedicated clinical support teams
  • A smaller patient panel allowing you to focus on individuals
  • A physician-led environment that respects clinical judgment
  • A consumer-focused healthcare delivery model hyper focused on the patient experience
  • A path to self-actualization and a fulfilling career

How You’ll Practice at Marquis MD

  • Fewer patients and unhurried appointments
  • Time to listen, think, and care deeply
  • Continuity with patients who value relationships
  • Freedom from insurance disputes and billing complexity
  • Modern systems designed to reduce friction, not add clicks

You focus on medicine. We handle the rest.

Who This Is For

This role is ideal for primary care physicians who:

  • Are frustrated by the current system
  • Value quality over quantity
  • Want autonomy without isolation
  • Have a desire to reform the way healthcare is delivered

We are not here to teach you how to practice medicine. We’re here to give you the conditions to practice it well.

Compensation & Ownership

  • Highly competitive compensation and benefits
  • Incentive compensation tied to outcomes, not visits
  • Equity in the company

We believe physicians who deliver exceptional care should share in the value they help create.

Practice Environment

Marquis MD clinics are designed to support both patients and physicians:

  • Thoughtful, calm clinical spaces
  • Professional support teams on-site
  • Systems designed to optimize physician workflow

This is real concierge medicine grounded in a consumer-centric model.

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. degree; Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (multi-state preferred).

Jr. Sales Manager – Strawberry Paris

Luxury Boho Womenswear | Paris-born, DTLA-based

Full-Time | Downtown Los Angeles HQ + Travel

just launched in 2025 and in less than 6 months we’ve already smashed past $1M in sales.

Vogue France called us “the new boho obsession,” Who What Wear declared our strawberry-pink silk dresses “the piece of the season,” and every cool-girl influencer from Paris to Venice Beach is wearing us.

Now we’re scaling fast and we need a HUNGRY Jr. Sales Manager who lives for the chase and refuses to take “we’ll think about it” for an answer. This is not a cushy corporate gig. This is a rocket-ship role for someone who gets a rush from turning a cold lead into a six-figure wholesale account.

What You’ll Do (and win at)
  • Hunt daily: generate your own leads (Instagram DMs, store visits, competitor research, whatever it takes)
  • Cold call, cold email, cold walk-in – you smile when people say they hate cold outreach because you know you’re about to change their mind
  • Warm up relationships like a pro: send personalized video lookbooks, teaser samples, and irresistible storytelling that makes buyers feel like they’re missing out if they don’t stock Strawberry Paris
  • Close wholesale accounts with boutiques, concept stores, and multi-brand retailers across the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East
  • Own your territory and your numbers – hit monthly targets and watch your commissions stack
  • Rep the brand in person at Coterie NY, Paris Fashion Week showrooms, LA Market Week, and pop-up events – charm buyers face-to-face and walk away with orders in hand
  • Build a black book of the hottest boutique owners on the planet
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on big-account strategy (think go-see’s at The Dreslyn, Lisa Says Gah, Revolve, Free People, etc.)

Who You Are
  • 1–3 years sales experience (fashion wholesale is a huge plus, but raw hunger beats years of experience)
  • You’re persuasive, polished, and a little ruthless when it comes to closing
  • Rejection is just foreplay to your next “yes”
  • You already know the difference between Shopbop and Ssense, and you have opinions about which boutiques are sleeping on the boho revival
  • Fearless on the phone and magnetic in person
  • Comfortable on camera – you’ll be filming quick iPhone videos showcasing the collection and sending them straight to buyers
  • Willing to travel (trade shows, store visits, Paris trips)
  • Bonus: you speak French, you live for the thrill of the deal, and you look killer in a flowy Strawberry Paris dress or embroidered blouse

What You Get
  • Base salary $55K–$70k (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (high top performers should clear six figures in year one)
  • Strawberry Paris takes 15% of the net profit per year and distributes it to bonuses.
  • Generous clothing allowance (obviously)
  • 3% UNTAPPED COMMISSION ON ALL SALES FOR YOUR ACCOUNTS.
  • TRAVEL BENEFITS
  • Work out of our dreamy DTLA showroom surrounded by racks of hand-dyed silk
  • Be part of the core team building the next big indie luxury brand

Think you’ve got what it takes to put Strawberry Paris in every must-have store from NYC to Paris?

Send your resume + a short note (or 60-second video) telling us the biggest sale you’ve ever closed and why you’re ready to dominate wholesale for us.
