You'll be responsible for making the store look its best to our customers, through housekeeping and janitorial work. The Full Time EST will work a set schedule of 4 eight hour days in a row, while the Part Time EST will work the remaining 3 days, also eight hours a day.
What you'll be doing:
Everything possible to keep our stores clean that means dusting, mopping, sweeping, and polishing. You'll be trained to use buffers and floor scrubbers. Trash? Bathrooms? Those will be your responsibility as well. You'll be given task outlines for all of your duties, and we comply with numerous ISO regulations, company and state policies to ensure that you do your work in a way that is both safe and secure.

1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Represent MSB Global directly in legal disputes or coordinate strategy with outside counsel.

- Manage litigation related to real estate, infrastructure, construction, contracts, land-use, permitting, or municipal/government disputes.

- Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)
- Class A and Class B share structures

- Draft executive powers and authorities matrix (e.g., spending limits, approval workflows, signing authorities).
- Prepare board resolutions, corporate notices, memos, and compliance updates.
- Support Executive Team communication through formal legal memoranda.

- Mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
- Ensure scope clarity, warranty protections, performance guarantees, LDs, indemnities, and safety requirements align with project risk profile.

QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- 8–15+ years of experience, ideally with a mix of:
- Real estate development
- Construction/infrastructure law
- Energy permitting

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent math skills preferred
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently

Now Hiring: Full-Time Cashier - Sales Associate
Ron's Warehouse is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cashier/Sales Associate. We're looking for someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and ready to contribute every day in a fast-paced, friendly work environment. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 and every other Saturday (will get one weekday off per week). Starting pay is $15.50 per hour. With opportunities for wage increases as earned. Only open Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas - noon-5pm (time-and-a-half pay applies for Sunday shifts) .
