What you will do: (responsibilities listed are included but not limited to)

What you'll need:

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The Catering Services Worker supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.

? Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
? Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment

Overview

AmTrust Financial Services is growing fast and looking for a Claims Examiner I to join our Workers’ Compensation team. You’ll investigate and resolve claims quickly and accurately, using strong research and negotiation skills to deliver great results. Prior insurance experience— even outside workers’ comp or commercial lines— and an adjuster license are preferred.

This role is hybrid out of our South Jordan, UT office

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, investigating, and processing incoming claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Gather and analyze documentation, statements, and other supporting materials to determine claim validity and coverage.
• Communicate with policyholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate claim files and documentation.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Identify potential subrogation and fraud indicators and escalate as appropriate.
• Support senior adjusters and team members with claim-related tasks and administrative duties.
• Participate in training and development programs to build technical and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior insurance or claims experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license preferred; ability and willingness to obtain licensure required (company-paid training available).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effectively manage claims execution and cost containment. Responsible for assisting the administration of the workers' compensation program including injury intake, processing claims, determining appropriateness of claims, coordinating return to work and maintaining and updating case records.

Production Responsibilities

1. Email time- process incoming email in accordance with company policy and procedures, using HTDs as guides and determinants.

Perform basic task in the maintenance/upkeep, troubleshooting and minor repair of parking equipment, facilities, structures and lots. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: other maintenance staff and contractors. This position typically will advise and counsel: NA. This position will supervise: NA.

Job Duty 1 -
Perform basic installation, repair and replacement of parking gate components.

Job Duty 2 -
Perform general maintenance and upkeep of parking lots and garages to include installation and painting of signs and meter poles, layout and stripping of stalls, leaf blowing and trash removal and garage lighting replacement.

Job Duty 3 -
Perform minor repairs to asphalt surfaces.

Job Duty 4 -
Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on assigned vehicles and maintenance equipment.

Job Duty 5 -
Load, unload, move and/or install equipment, fixtures and other items.

Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
One to two years of job related experience

SKILLS
This job requires ability to operate hand/power tools, motor vehicles (may include sweepers, scrubbers and standard transmission vehicles). A basic working knowledge in equipment maintenance and repair is required. Use of computer applications may be required..
