Position Summary:

The Warehouse Only Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming inventory. Also responsible for cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, cleaning room maintenance, stocking and staging inventory, and inventory maintenance. The technician assists the supervisor or manager in pulling and loading equipment for delivery in addition to assembly of equipment when necessary. • Loading and Unloading:

Soldering Support Position

The focus of this position is providing soldering support on the post line; other, non-solder assembly work is also required.

Perform soldering tasks for the purpose of assembly and/or re-work of populated, printed circuit boards.

1. Complete soldering tasks, according to assigned IPC Class, at the direction of the Post Lead, according to current IPC J-Standards
2. Ensure correct alloy and flux composition is utilized, at the direction of the Post Lead and as described per the job documentation

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.

Pushing: To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Reaching: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. What You'll Do:

The General Laborer/ Production Support Operator will complete various tasks to support the production of transformer coils.

In this function, you will:

• Prepare, collect, and distribute to operators all materials required to wind coils.
• Perform a variety of direct and indirect tasks to optimize product flow and maximize the productivity of the coil winders.

• Inspect aircraft engine parts to determine and/or perform NDT requirements.
• Utilizes applicable database system in order to retrieve information regarding parts inventory, manufacturing models, serial numbers, and/or other pertinent information to ensure proper documentation.
• Refers to technical publications, specification sheets and/or other regulatory requirements in order to ensure that all tasks have been completed in proper sequence and required signed-off.
• Customer contact and travel (up to 25% of the time) may be required.
• General facility cleaning and maintenance.

Quality Assurance Inspector

Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect in-process and/or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards.
• Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures, determine acceptance or rejection of product.
• Work under close supervision of manufacturing supervisor or other designated supervisor.
• Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for assigned quality assurance inspection operations.
• Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and/or AOI machines.
• Enter standardized information into computerized MES system using simple keystrokes to indicate pass or failure of board.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Minimum requirements high school diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years experience in a relevant Jabil production position or equivalent external work experience. Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a degree in a related field preferred. Must be QC certified.

Digital Web Press Operator

Work Schedule: 1st Shift: M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm, 2nd Shift: M-F 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Working as a Digital Web Press Operator, you can expect the following:

• Must be able to set up and operate a digital web press
• Experience with Screen, HP, Kodak and other various digital web printers
• Quality control check each job maintaining necessary print quality and color match standards
• Complete all scheduled press maintenance
• Maximize press production time
• Stage paper for scheduled jobs
• Thoroughly read all production tickets and understand prior to beginning the job.
• Perform daily press quality control checks
• Other duties as assigned.
• Experience with Hunkeler or Tecnau line equipment is a plus

Qualifications

Enough About Us! Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with inkjet devices
• 3 years of digital press experience preferred
• Experience in the print industry preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and crouch
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
