Toyota's Die Maintenance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Skilled Die Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibility of this role is preventative maintenance on casting Die's in accordance with standards.
Starting hourly rate of $34.90 - $45.50. $1.50 hourly shift premium (for Mid Shift and Night Shift). KPI and quarterly attendance bonus.
Shift hours:
- Monday through Thursday Day Shift: 6am-4:30pm
- Monday through Thursday Mid Shift: 11am-9:30pm
- Monday through Thursday Night Shift: 8pm-6:30am
- Friday through Sunday Day Shift: 6am-6:30pm

Reporting to the Die Maintenance Group Leader, the person in this role will support Toyota Motor's Manufacturing Tennessee (TMMTN) manufacturing operation. The facility produces over 2 million castings (engine blocks and transmission cases and housing) annually.
- Perform welding, grinding, operating cranes, machining, & fabrication.
- Perform machining, finishing, assembly, of dies.
- Support inline tryouts and line calls of dies.
- Carry out emergency repairs if any issues arise.
- Perform die modifications for surface quality and accuracy.
- Work in a team setting.
- Occasionally travel to support off-site activities at other Toyota facilities and Toyota affiliates.
- Log daily book entries to communicate activities, issues, and progress of die work.
Experience building and/or maintaining high-volume casting (or stamping) dies, welding ability, and machining. Experience in industrial maintenance, welding, machining and/or military experience. Strong mechanical knowledge. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Technical knowledge and skills in the following areas: Tool & Die, Welding, and Machining. Available to work any shift including overtime, holidays, and plant shutdowns.
- Industrial Tool & Die/Welding/Machining certificate, or a two-year technical degree.

Our ACSC facility develops and conducts a wide array of engine component repairs including rotating parts, complex assemblies and nozzles on 29 different engine models.
Role Overview:
- Will perform visual and dimensional inspection duties across all areas of the Service Shop.
- Perform functional tests on aircraft components, and simple plate layout on incoming materials as necessary.
- Will verify test setups and perform all types of parts and processes verifications, using necessary inspection techniques and equipment.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience inspecting aircraft hardware.

How will you make an impact?
The Lead Electrical CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed model designs, modifying existing designs, and working collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet product specifications. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of various electrical design tools, is detail-oriented, and can effectively communicate design ideas. A strong understanding of Electrical design principles, manufacturing processes, power distribution, automation control (PLC), and electronic device parts are critical. How will you make an impact?
- As a Site Reliability Technician within Jabil’s Cloud Test Software Development team, you will directly contribute to the daily operations and development of our Cloud Test Platform Infrastructure deployed at multiple production facilities worldwide.
Working Hours:
- 12 HOUR SHIFT
- 6 AM TO 6 PM
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Alternating Wednesdays
What will you do?
- As the Site Reliability Technician, you will provide the first line response to production issues including but not limited to outages, end user performance, change management, monitoring, improving the efficiency and usability of production test infrastructure and applications, and ensuring all site test infrastructure software and hardware is maintained with the latest updates to ensure high levels of performance and reliability.
How will you get here?
- Sustaining support and maintenance for the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) level test software and infrastructure deployed at our production facilities.
- Support the site’s manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) current test infrastructure as well as future expansion planning, deployments, and assembly.
- Maintain manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) test infrastructure documentation of installations, upgrades, and management.
- Communicate manufacturing test infrastructure enhancements while providing insights based on site operations and uptime challenges.
- Support manufacturing test incident response, analysis, and corrective actions for the site operations.
- Participate in closed loop analysis/responses to factory test failures.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on the test infrastructure, including MDF, IDF, and SUT TORs
Experience:
- Experience in the following programming/scripting languages:

- Familiarity with hardware and API solutions for controlling, managing and stressing L10 devices (servers, network and storage SSDs, NVMe):

- Familiarity in the creation and configuration (DHCP, PXE boot, nginx) of Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMWare is a plus.
- Experience with leading edge networking systems, hardware, software, and protocols including but not limited to enterprise ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3 (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP). Arista CloudVision is a plus.

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a seasoned Low Observables (LO) Design & Integration Engineer to lead design and analysis activities supporting the fabrication and test of an RCS pole model.
The successful candidate will apply deep expertise in LO materials, integration, manufacturing, computational electromagnetic (CEM) modelling, and test support to design, build and test a representative pole model for an advanced next generation program in the St. Louis region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead detailed LO design and integration for the RCS pole model, including material selection, incorporation of advanced technologies, supplier hardware integration.
Use computational electromagnetic solvers to model, analyze, and optimize radar cross section (RCS) and scattering behavior across required frequency bands and aspect angles in support of pre-test predictions and diagnostics.
Work with Manufacturing to ensure proper alignment between design, analysis and fabrication of LO components.
Define and support fabrication processes, QA checks, and build plans for LO skins, coatings, RAM treatments, and attachments; identify and mitigate manufacturability risks, provide LO liaison support to the shop.
Develop and execute test plans for RCS characterization (anechoic chamber and outdoor ranges), including instrumentation, calibration, and measurement repeatability considerations.
Prepare and execute data processing workflows to reduce, calibrate, and analyze measured RCS and related EM test data; combine simulation and measurement data for validation and design iteration.
Produce clear technical documentation: design descriptions, analysis reports, test plans, test reports, procedures, and presentation materials for program reviews.
Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement of LO design, test, and data processing practices.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Hands-on support in fabrication or test setups may be required.
Will require travel to other company locations, supplier facilities, fabrication shops, and test ranges (including anechoic chambers and outdoor ranges).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
7+ years of professional experience working with low observable materials and technologies, including hands-on exposure to LO integration, design, manufacturing, and test.
Demonstrated experience using computational electromagnetic solvers (e.g., FEKO, HFSS, CST, WIPL-D, CARLOS, SENTRI, XPATCH or equivalent) for design and optimization of LO systems and RCS predictions.
Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles relevant to scattering, phenomena and Radar Cross Section.
Proven track record supporting fabrication and testing of LO components/assemblies and correlating measurements to models.
Proficiency in data processing and analysis of RCS/EM test data, including calibration, clutter and background rejection, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent technical writing skills with experience producing engineering reports, test plans, and test reports.
Effective verbal communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead technical discussions and interface with suppliers, customers, leadership and test facility personnel.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (US Only Citizenship required)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant discipline.
Past experience with RCS pole models, and range testing.
Experience with material characterization techniques.
Knowledge of LO materials and application processes, as well as nondestructive inspection methods for LO components.
Familiarity with CAD tools and integration with CEM workflows.
