Capital Health is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join Capital Health Gastroenterology Specialists and serve as a GI hospitalist. ?The ideal candidate(s) would be well trained, energetic, and willing to help grow the GI program at Capital Health. In addition, the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and a commitment to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients.

Opportunity Details: 

• You will be joining two other physicians who are already part of the GI hospitalist team.

• The schedule is one week on, 24/7 on call, covering one of the two Capital Health campuses, followed by one week off.

• The remaining weeks of call are covering by the CHS hospital employed Gastroenterologists, all of whom have thriving outpatient practices.

• There will be an opportunity to perform outpatient open access colonoscopies during your week on call. 

• Our program is associated with an internal medicine and family medicine residency program and during part of your call, there will be a resident working with you.

• We have one NP who rotates between the two campuses assisting the on call GI Hospitalist.

• We have a dedicated advanced therapeutic Gastroenterologist to perform EUS/ERCP.

• We have an advanced IR team to perform emergency embolizations and TIPS when needed.

• We have a full time staff of nurses and GI technicians on call 24/7 when off hour procedures need to be done.

• All procedures are done with an Anesthesiologist or Nurse Anesthetist in our state of the art ASGE certified GI suite.

Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a savvy retail construction professional to join our Store Planning and Construction team as a Construction Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our internal teams as well as with our clients to define scope of work/deliverables, draft and submit budgets, review construction documents, participate in the selection of general contractors, manage the general contractor relationship/deliverables, obtain necessary permits and approvals, manage costs to meet established budgets, manage construction schedules, issue updates as needed regarding costs and timelines, and manage the turnover/quality control of contractor work. Travel is required on average of 1-2 days per week for onsite review of progress and final closeout.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM:

• Manage the construction process for tenant improvement and retail rollout on behalf of our clients.

What You will Do

• Manage closing documentation and checklists for direct investments, co-investments, fund commitments, SPVs, and secondary transactions
• Prepare and track DocuSign execution packages; maintain signature logs and assemble fully executed closing sets
• Review and verify accuracy of entity names, signature blocks, schedules, exhibits, and key deal terms (MFN elections, side-letter obligations, governance rights)
• Organize subscription documents and fund trackers; coordinate KYC/AML packages, capital call schedules, and investor onboarding
• Support SPV and entity formation workflows — EIN applications, registered agent setup, bank account openings, and cap table maintenance
