Precision Aerospace is looking for a Quality Inspector for 1st piece and final inspection for fabricated sheet metal and precision machined parts.
- Mechanical (layout) inspection for 1st piece, final and receiving inspection
- Maintain and complete all required Quality Control documentation
- Maintain Quality Control records like DIPS, first piece inspection sheets, SPC, certifications and customer required documents
- Receiving Inspection - castings, special materials, outside processes
- Determines acceptance or rejection of products based on requirements

The Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift) is responsible for the Safety, Quality and Cost Effectiveness of the maintenance activities within the manufacturing and building facilities operations in his/her area. This role is a 2nd shift role.
The responsibilities include supervising, directing and coordinating maintenance activities to improve performance of the facilities, utilities, and production areas during second shift.
The Maintenance Supervisor should be an effective problem solver with the ability to coordinate and direct maintenance activities within the changing demands of manufacturing and the facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure that maintenance work is performed in accordance with all regulatory and plant requirements.
The Maintenance Supervisor will develop, understand, and work within the annual maintenance budget; manage the maintenance expertise to perform and assist with the plant operation/maintenance outages; and monitor mechanical/electrical/I&C maintenance work to ensure that all work is conducted using proper industrial and applicable plant procedures and standards.
The Maintenance Supervisor will recommend improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working condition activities for the area and the site. The Supervisor must embrace high standards in Human Performance, Safety, and Housekeeping.
YOUR ROLE
- Provide leadership to process maintenance and utility operators to maintain good group moral and safety

Your responsibilities
The Clamp Truck Operator is responsible for loading and unloading product that is shipped and/or received at the Central Distribution Center. As a Clamp Truck Operator, it will be your responsibility to follow and abide by all BSH and CDC rules and procedures to the best of your ability.
Safety:
- Safely operates industrial clamp/lift truck, manual pallet jacks, and other forms of materials handling equipment on the distribution floor.
- Adheres to BSH guidelines by wearing and utilizing required PPE.
General:
- Maintains material handling equipment including electronic computers, mechanical scales, doors, door locks, door levelers, battery chargers and related equipment.
- Loads materials into vehicles, containers, and other forms of transportation installing strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
- Conveys materials from storage to designated staging areas and records serial numbers using the correct lifting apparatus for the designated product.
- Follows written or oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved in a timely, scheduled manner to the customer.
- Unloads and sorts materials from trailers and locate in the Distribution Center, either by directed put away or open location.
- Order picks and records number of units of materials moved or handled on a pick ticket.
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, boxes or other containers.
- Lifts heavy objects by hand or with handling equipment and cleans work area, machines and equipment.
- Palletize and wrap product for shipping.
- Completes PM sheets for his/her lift before each shift and reports any issues immediately.
- Demonstrate efficient knowledge of handling signage (fragile, this side up, etc.)

Position Objective: Responsible for engineering documentation including blueprint reading and GD&T tolerances. Develop, optimize and maintain machine processes in a fast-paced production shop. Responsibilities include CAD design, CNC programming, creation of tool list, setup and part finishing documents. CNC equipment includes but is not limited to CNC turning centers with live tooling, CNC mills/lathes, lasers, CNC turret punches, and other computer operated equipment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work from customer's drawings and solid models to create, optimize and maintain CNC programs primarily for processing turned parts
- Must have a working knowledge of GD&T, fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry. Ability to transition between SI and metric units. Proper use of various measuring tools including Vernier calipers, micrometers, tread gages, etc.
- Create manufacturing processes and programming in a timely manner to support production schedules and customer delivery dates.
- Working knowledge of G code, M code, tool selection, steel grade metallurgy, tool geometry and coatings
- Assist on tooling design and development strategy within the programming team.
- Initiate and participate in projects to implement cost reduction strategies related to CNC programming optimization, tool life management, and/or quality improvement.
- Initiate Engineering Change Requests as required to ensure issues with CNC programs and related documentation are properly addressed and documented.
- Assist in the quoting process by providing setup and run time estimates for turned parts as well as material requirements, process steps and tooling requirements.
- Ensure changeover documentation for all CNC processes are current, accurate and standardized throughout the company.
- Ensure production and shipping schedules are met.
- Perform all other tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the Plant Manager/Site Leader.
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 4 years programming Horizontal lathes and Vertical Turning Lathes required
- Minimum 1 years working CAD software (AutoCAD) Required
- Minimum 4 years working with Master Cam preferred
- Knowledge of Unigraphs software is a plus

- Associate Degree or Technical Degree Required

As a Color Formulator, you will identify the pigmentation of automotive-grade color standards and match them across different refinish paint systems. You will manage a high-volume lab workload, maintain efficient processes, and ensure understanding of paint technologies to deliver color perception across product lines. You will expand your knowledge of color theory, formulation, pigmentations, and application techniques while sharing expertise with peers and supporting overall lab goals.

This is a 2nd shift position (2pm-10:30pm) with 1st shift training the first 6+ months.
Key Responsibilities- Apply color theory, spectrophotometers, electronic microscopes, color software, and refinish paint technologies to identify pigmentation issues and match automotive color standards.
- Manage multiple paint lines and laboratory workflow to ensure efficient throughput in a high-volume environment.
- React quickly to shifting priorities and complexities while maintaining productivity goals using processes such as Kanban.
- Align different refinish paint systems in color space relative to OE standards and other PPG/Nexa product lines to ensure transparent and consistent color perception.
- Deepen knowledge in color theory, formulation, pigmentations, application techniques, and new paint technologies.
- Develop understanding of business and customer needs as they relate to the color function.
- Share expertise and help grow other formulators and color formulation interns.
- Potentially supervise production color lab activities and personnel.
- Support achievement of 5090 approvals per month and maintain color matching productivity of.35.40, with an expectation of 80%+ color approvals.
- 1+ years of experience in color matching within paint technologies (Refinish experience preferred).
- Perceive color properties and logically adjust formulations to achieve accurate matches.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
