Position Overview

Serve as a technical advisor to sales teams and clients by translating requirements into complete, accurate, and executable structured cabling solutions. This role bridges pre‑sales, estimating, and operations by delivering compliant designs, pricing, documentation, and effective project handoff for SCS RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to account executives and clients throughout the pre‑sales and proposal lifecycle

• Conduct on‑site surveys to assess infrastructure, pathways, and constructability

• Perform detailed client needs analyses to define scope, assumptions, and solution requirements

• Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and labor estimates within P&L constraints

• Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) RFPs

• Define and document project assumptions, terms & conditions, and exclusions for proposals

• Review RFP documentation and prepare RFIs as required

• Design functional, code‑compliant solutions aligned with core product offerings and technical capabilities

• Provide technical support during scope reviews, pre‑bid meetings, and client presentations

• Participate in pre‑bid meetings and proposal strategy discussions

• Lead or participate in project kickoff meetings to transfer scope, risks, and execution details to operations

• Ensure design and estimate accuracy to support successful project execution and margin targets

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a CRM Data Analyst Temp to join their NYC team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Transform complex client analyses into clear, concise, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, influencing stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives.
• Use product knowledge of our systems, tools, and the client database to identify and implement innovative approaches to client analysis
• Create insightful reports that enable data-driven decisions for home office partners, and proactively explore and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with key home office partners (e.g. VIC, Fashion Expertise, Events, Retail Operations, Merchandising teams) to support respective team goals and inform strategies with client data
• Dynamically support boutiques with complex client reporting needs and initiatives
• Spend time with boutique teams to understand their individual needs and collaborate on ways to support Fashion Advisors with client data and client tools
• Liaise with divisional counterparts to unlock synergies and align on key initiatives and priorities
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of current client data tools (Salesforce, Looker) to pull with speed, and proactively identify and communicate process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and segmentation tools as needed
• Project manage the implementation of database and/or tool enhancements from concept to QA and final delivery in order to meet the evolving needs of business partners and team, collaborating closely with Tech to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in data analytics or strategy/business intelligence role
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Looker Studio
• Prior professional experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to design and launch a new technical platform
• Familiarity with IT functions, including system architect and landscape
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively to a range of audiences (written & verbal)
• Luxury retail and/or brand experience preferred

The Director of Data Management and Analytics drives the data architecture strategy across the organization. This role is a subject matter expert in data architecture who translates business needs into technical specifications, provides research, data analysis, and delivery options to support data driven solutions. This leader provides well organized and excellent communication with business partners to build relationships and anticipate user needs. The director provides hands-on leadership, recommends system architecture, and is versed in all aspects of solution development including requirements definition, design, data source mapping and analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing data management strategies
• Manage all intake requests across business units; track and monitor requests to ensure critical milestones are met while managing stakeholder relations.
• Lead a team of database and Power BI developers
• Leverage Data Modeling and AI tools
• Managing data quality and accuracy
• Overseeing data storage and retrieval
• Leading data analysis efforts including analyzing large quantities of data and identifying useful insights to drive business decisions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience designing data management solutions for ecommerce, sales, accounting, and warehousing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Must have the ability to be systematic and detailed oriented without losing sight of the big picture. Demonstrated ability to interpret the information provided and ask clarifying questions to understand the underlying needs that of a stated request or problem.
• Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
• Proven experience as a SQL Developer or Data Scientist
• Experience designing cloud solutions (PaaS/SaaS) for compute, storage, and data source connectivity
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing solutions built on Microsoft Azure including Synapse and Fabric technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, ITSM, privacy, and security concepts.
• Strong project management acumen
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Significant application development experience including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation support is required. Experience must include the documentation and maintenance of related artifacts.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, or similar discipline with a minimum 7 years of data architecture and solution development experience driving IT projects in consumer products, ecommerce, or similar related field.

BUSINESS HOURS

• Hours of operation: Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm CST to overlap with USA operations; extended work hours depending on volume.
• On-call availability for resolving emergency issues from home.
