How You’ll help us connect the world:
As a Power Hardware Engineer reporting to the Sr. Manager of Hardware Engineering, you will play a key role in architecting and developing stand‑alone and embedded power supplies for indoor and outdoor CATV/networking equipment. You’ll work hands‑on across the entire product lifecycle—from early concept, modeling, and prototyping to validation, manufacturing, and sustaining engineering.
What You’ll Own
- Lead electrical design of SMPS‑based power supplies from concept through production release
- Design for challenging environments, ensuring high reliability and robustness
- Perform electrical, thermal, and DVT measurements throughout all stages of development
- Model, breadboard, and build prototypes for rapid iteration and validation
- Design and specify custom magnetic components for advanced SMPS designs
- Develop and optimize digital and analog control interfaces
- Mitigate input/output noise and improve power quality and efficiency
- Provide sustaining engineering support for existing power supply platforms
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to qualify alternate components and improve production efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands‑on SMPS design experience, including topologies such as Forward, Flyback, Buck, Boost, etc.
- Deep experience designing and specifying magnetics for power conversion
- Strong background in analog and digital power control circuits
- Solid understanding of noise mitigation, EMI/EMC considerations, and power integrity
- Strong knowledge of discrete semiconductors and passive components
- Proficiency with electrical modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE‑based tools, simulation suites)

Position Summary

- Review and analyze coverage using policy conditions, provisions, exclusions, and endorsements, including jurisdictional considerations such as negligence laws, financial responsibility limits, and immunity
- Investigate claims to establish negligence, determine liability, and identify potential sources of recovery through fact-finding and interviews
- Manage property damage and other first-party losses requiring specialized investigation and coordination with external experts in compliance with applicable laws
- Establish, maintain, and adjust claim and expense reserves in a timely manner

Children's Therapy Network (CTN) is expanding and looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a clinical supervisor supporting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and/or Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP who enjoys mentoring clinicians, completing evaluations, and guiding treatment planning while maintaining a flexible schedule . We are open to part-time or expanded hours depending on your availability .

Founded in 2004 by Dr. Cassandra Woods-Peirce (Dr. Cassie) , Children's Therapy Network provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to families throughout Ventura County.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SLP who can help guide and support developing clinicians while ensuring excellent clinical care for the children we serve.
This role primarily includes:
- Supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and/or Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs)
- Completing speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Supporting treatment planning and clinical decision-making
- Providing mentorship and professional guidance to developing clinicians
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary therapy team (OT/PT/SLP)
Services are provided in person at our Ventura and Newbury Park clinic locations .

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Experience with pediatric speech therapy strongly preferred
