About The Role
The Sales Rep is responsible for providing estimates, and guiding customers through the pool renovation process from initial contact to project handoff within a given geographic territory. - Respond to all external and internal communication (calls, texts, emails) within 24 hours.
- Log all leads, customer interactions and site visits in company systems and server on a weekly basis.
- Report any customer complaints or concerns promptly to management.
- Commissions are paid out ONLY for completed projects assigned to you. If a project is reassigned to be completed by someone else, the commission is reassigned to who completes the project.
- All projects must maintain 20% profit margin (10% sales rep, 10% company). Any loss will be split equally between the sales rep and the company against commission on the project. All discounts, no profit, at cost or aspects to settle a project must be approved and documented.
- Any verbal discussion (questions, pricing or agreements) with management must be documented in a follow up email to management for confirmation, approval and any needed follow up.

Job Title: Physical Therapist (Contract)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (M-F, 07:30–16:30)
Work Setting: Split between an on-site occupational medicine clinic and an industrial/manufacturing facility. Some travel may be required for meetings.
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist ensures that physical therapy services are delivered in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting occupational health initiatives. The role emphasizes injury prevention, early intervention, and returning workers to full duty efficiently, integrating ergonomic assessments and functional capacity evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient strengths, limitations, and needs using standardized measurement tools and evaluation tests.
- Develop and implement individualized short- and long-term treatment goals based on assessments.
- Administer and interpret clinical physical therapy services, adjusting treatment plans based on patient response.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient treatment records in electronic health systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reimbursement standards.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in patient care conferences and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans, safety, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate referrals for durable medical equipment as needed.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants during treatment sessions.
- Maintain licensure requirements and pursue continuing education to stay current with professional standards.
- Engage in departmental and organizational performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality of care.
- Conduct workplace rounds, ergonomic evaluations, and functional capacity/return-to-duty assessments.
- Support injury prevention, early symptom intervention, and work hardening programs in industrial and occupational settings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.
- BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
- Previous experience in an approved medical facility.
- Some experience beyond outpatient physical therapy, e.g., ergonomics, OSHA training, functional capacity evaluations, or occupational medicine.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in hospital-based or industrial/occupational settings.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, ergonomics, and early symptom intervention programs.
- Ability to work independently and engage in workplace injury prevention initiatives.
Education
- Required: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Languages
- English – Read, Write, Speak
Physical & Occupational Considerations
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings.
- Comfort working across both clinic and industrial settings.
- Ability to perform rounding, assessments, and follow-ups in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
