The Training Specialist supports Institutional Support Services (ISS) by designing, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs that enable colleagues to perform their roles efficiently, accurately, and in compliance. This position will deliver initial and ongoing training to ISS Colleagues. The Director, Procurement - Indirect (Plants & Capital) is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company’s indirect procurement activities covering 60+ global manufacturing plants, with an annual spend oversight of >$500MM. Based in Houston, the leader will oversee a global team of ~50 procurement professionals. Required Technical Skills
