One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $252,000 to $267,800 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. The Production Manager provides managerial oversight in the grower processer facility and reports to the Operations Director. The Production Manager is responsible for the departmental success of both the Post Harvest and Non-Flower Packaging areas of the operation. This includes managing the teams and optimizing processes for trimming, curing, packaging and labeling of flower goods, and packaging and labeling of Non-Flower manufactured goods, including but not limited to trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling of material designated for fresh frozen, wholesale, or finished goods, maintaining inventory updates and adjustments and ensuring a compliant processing environment. 

• Demonstrate and uphold the company values of integrity, safety, quality, service, and innovation.
• Provide overall accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Team performance within the department, reporting on KPIs daily, monthly, and quarterly
• Lead and optimize daily operations across trimming, curing, and flower packaging.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve departmental processes and SOPs
• Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and Leads to ensure production schedules, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation optimization and variance reduction initiatives.
• Ensure production plans are achieved OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) by aligning staffing, resources, and workflows.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of plant diseases, pests, contaminants, and quality control standards.
• Identify and escalate abnormalities (seeds, mold, pests, etc.) to the Operations Director and Supply Chain team.
• Monitor and control departmental output quality, reporting performance and improvement plans to the Operations Director.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and corrective actions to support team development and consistency.

Environmental Factors:

This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.

Physical Requirements:

- Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50lbs

- Capable of sitting, standing kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time

- Capable of using hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel and pick

The Fulfillment Inventory Technician (Vault Tech) will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for the drivers and deliveries as well as intake for finished products in the grow/processing facility.

The Opportunity

As a Per Diem Float Medical Receptionist, internally known as a Flex Member Support Specialist (Casual), you will be an ambassador for patients in office, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. What you'll likely work on:

Product Onboarding & Content Management

• Manage end-to-end SKU onboarding process across retail partner platforms and onboarding systems.
• Ensure product data accuracy including attributes, imagery, descriptions, dimensions, compliance documentation, and packaging details.
• Coordinate new product launches, assortment changes, and product updates with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain product content standards aligned with retailer requirements and internal brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones to support reset schedules, promotions, and launches.

KPI Tracking & Performance Management

• Establish and monitor KPIs including:
• On-time SKU onboarding
• Content completeness and accuracy
• Retailer rejection or resubmission rates
• Time-to-live metrics
• Issue resolution timelines
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track onboarding performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Serve as escalation point for onboarding issues including data errors, retailer system rejections, and content discrepancies.
• Identify root causes and implement process improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Project Management

• Manage onboarding timelines associated with retail resets, assortment expansions, and new product launches.
• Prioritize workstreams based on retailer deadlines and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product content management, sales operations, ecommerce operations, or retail onboarding.
• Experience working with major home improvement retailers (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, Amazon).
• Strong understanding of product data structures, retailer onboarding requirements, and item setup processes.
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel and product content or PIM systems; experience with retailer portals preferred.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives across our E-Commerce Wholesale business and ensuring the success of content deployment, asset management, operational processes, and performance reporting within the department. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of digital content across key eCommerce platforms, including Retailer PDPs, Brand Stores, A+ content, and advertising assets
• Partner with Brand Marketing teams and licensors on asset briefs, content development, and execution to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and timelines
• Own the organization and maintenance of the digital asset library, ensuring assets are current, accessible, and platform-ready
• Implement CX and IDQ-related optimizations across retailer platforms under Specialist guidance
• Assist with front-end SKU, ASIN, and PDP QA processes including audits, scrubs, and issue resolution prior to launches
• Support eCommerce Merchandising teams with NIS operational audits, submissions, template validation, image review, formatting accuracy, MOQ compliance, and SharePoint submissions
• Manage and maintain internal trackers for content, submissions, launches, and promotional activity to ensure deadlines are met
• Support Bazaarvoice operations including reminders, tracking, template uploads, and retailer program execution
• Assist with weekly retailer reporting processes including data pulls, reporting file maintenance, performance recaps, and ad hoc reporting requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and Brand teams to support launches, promotions, and ongoing initiatives
