Job Description
We are seeking an AWS-focused engineer to build and operate a cloud analytics and dashboard layer for device and fleet data. Data lands in S3 and is queried primarily through Amazon Athena. You will own the end-to-end delivery of reliable datasets, SQL queries, and visualization dashboards used by engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities

The Paid Search Strategist is responsible for managing paid search campaigns from top to
bottom, including but not limited to paid search campaign set-up, budget management, setting

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Manage high volume paid search and YouTube campaigns for multiple clients.
● Maintain targeted campaign budgets, develop strong internal and external

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee logistics (inbound and outbound freight) and fulfillment operations with third-party logistics partners (3PL). This is a critical role that supports our rapidly growing beauty business by ensuring timely delivery of products, managing inbound and outbound flows, and supporting the resolution of daily operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Freight Management
- Plan and manage inbound shipments (international and domestic) including freight bookings, load consolidation, carrier selection and route optimizations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of inventory.
- Supervise Logistics Coordinator (direct report) to ensure all business logistics needs and deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a network of carrier partners to obtain and compare freight quotes to optimize shipping costs and service levels.
- Manage air freight operations, including tracking and analyzing air freight spend to identify cost-saving opportunities; collaborate with air carriers to negotiate favorable rates and maintain the air freight tracking reports.
Customs & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance for international shipments.
- Prepare and maintain all required shipping and customs documentation (e.g. bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists) and ensure proper HTS classifications for imported goods to comply with import regulations.
- Coordinate and manage execution of established SOPs with 3PL to ensure inbound shipments release timing is in alignment with internal quality assurance compliance processes.
Receiving & Delivery Coordination
- Schedule and confirm outbound carrier shipments for transfers between 3PLs, Contract Packaging partners and Retail locations.
- Ensure inbound shipments are compliant with 3PL warehouse receiving requirements (labeling, pallet configuration, etc.) to avoid delivery delays or non-compliance fees.
Freight Claims Management
- File and Manage freight claims for any lost, damaged or delayed inbound shipments.
- Oversee claims process for outbound DTC shipments to ensure 3PL or carrier compensation is successfully completed for all eligible shipments and validated with 3PL freight invoice credits.
Internal Orders Support
- Oversee logistics for internal stock movements, including product sample orders and headquarters (HQ) supply orders.
- Validate internal orders meet approval and accounting requirements prior to entering NetSuite (ERP). Manage 3PL
- Ensure these internal shipments are executed efficiently, with proper documentation and tracking, to meet the needs of marketing, events, or other departments.
Wholesale Logistics Operations
- Support wholesale and retail channel operations by coordinating logistics for partner orders (e.g. Retail Sites, Amazon and other Wholesale Retail accounts).
- Coordinate with 3PL and carriers to ensure compliance with each partner's shipping guidelines and routing requirements, helping to minimize delays and avoid additional fees or chargebacks.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams – including Sourcing, Product Development, Inventory Management, Planning, and Sales/Wholesale – to align inbound logistics with product launch schedules and inventory needs.
- Provide expertise in logistics planning and troubleshoot supply chain issues to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain operations, beauty or CPG experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of domestic and international freight modes, incoterms, and import/customs regulations. Hands-on experience coordinating global shipments and customs clearance is required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in supply chain contexts. Proactive in identifying issues (delays, shipping discrepancies, etc.) and driving solutions to maintain supply continuity.
- Proficient in ERP and supply chain software, experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Skilled in Excel and data analysis capabilities. Comfortable generating reports and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage up and work independently while also supporting team execution.

This position will report to the CYPHER program manager, who is based in London.
Location: This is an in-office role (Seattle, WA) that will require significant business travel (25% of working weeks).
Employment Status: Full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months). 40 hours PW.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Assessment Operations
- Analyze and synthesize asset data from multiple platforms (Atlas and FMS – Amazon real estate platforms)
- Establish communication channels with facility management, security, and business teams
- Secure necessary site access permissions and image capture approvals
- Review site-specific security protocols and requirements
- Prepare assessment schedules and logistic plans
- Facility Assessment & Documentation
- Conduct thorough facility assessments, walking through all workspaces
- Generate comprehensive 3D floor plan route maps using a 360 camera
- Perform systematic documentation and tagging of cyber-physical assets
- Generate photographic documentation of any new or suspicious devices
- Navigate and assess complex facility spaces, including restricted areas
- Collect and document detailed asset specifications and attributes
- Program Management
- Create and deliver operational metrics and reports
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to internal documentation and guidance materials
- Present periodic business reviews (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
Knowledge and Experience
- 3 years' experience in security, facilities management, or similar field (essential)
- Experience in audit, assessment, or compliance (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of Amazon Corporate Security (ACS) or Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) (highly desirable)

The Role
We are seeking an Art Director to bring Happy Being's vision to life across our highest-impact growth channels. This is a highly hands-on, digital-first role, focused on creating and overseeing creative assets for performance marketing, social, email, and direct mail while ensuring everything feels unmistakably Happy Being.
You'll work closely with the Brand Director and our external agencies to translate big ideas into daily execution: ads that convert, social that stops the scroll, lifecycle creative that feels personal, and UGC that feels authentic and elevated. You'll both create the work and set the creative bar, ensuring consistency, quality, and momentum as we scale. This role blends art direction, execution, and collaboration in a fast-moving DTC environment.
The Day-to-Day
Creative Production & Execution
- Design and produce high-performing creative assets for paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.), including statics, short-form video concepts, and iterative ad variations
- Create on-brand assets for organic social, including templates, layouts, and campaign content
- Design creative for email and direct mail, supporting lifecycle, retention, and brand storytelling
- Contribute hands-on design work across campaigns, launches, website, and brand moments
UGC & Content Direction
- Oversee and guide UGC creation, ensuring content feels authentic, joyful, and brand-appropriate
- Develop creative frameworks, briefs, and visual guardrails for UGC creators
- Edit, refine, or re-package UGC for performance and lifecycle use when needed
Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with our social agency on design, layout, and visual consistency across channels
- Collaborate with Growth and Brand to develop, test, and optimize creative
- Review and provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure agency output is on-brand
Brand Stewardship & Storytelling
- Support the Brand Director in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, templates, and creative systems
- Art-direct photoshoots and content creation to ensure elevated, cohesive imagery
- Design and support key brand, fundraising, and board materials as needed, bringing clarity and visual storytelling to high-stakes presentations
- Stay current on design, culture, and DTC trends to keep the brand feeling fresh and relevant
The Person We Need
Experience
- 3–5+ years of design or creative experience, with at least 1–2 years in an Art Director or senior designer role
- Portfolio demonstrating DTC creative across paid media, social, email, and campaigns
- Strong design skills across Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with Keynote and Google Slides
- Experience working with agencies and external creative partners
Capabilities
- Deep understanding of performance marketing creative and how design drives growth
- Strong eye for layout, typography, composition, and brand systems
- Comfortable balancing fast-turn production with higher-level creative direction
