Key job responsibilities
* Hire, develop and supervise leads and a large group of highly skilled technicians focused on Kuiper satellite production. Includes annual reviews, career development and managing corrective and disciplinary actions.
* Coordinate with other Kuiper leaders and manufacturing engineers to plan and coordinate daily tasks for technicians and activities of all operations with an ability to adapt to changing schedules and other dynamic priorities.
* Establish on-the-job training programs and standardized opportunities for team members to learn new skills and progress in their career.
* Independently perform integration and test of the Kuiper satellite and various complex subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment.
* Inspect and verify your team's work after completion to ensure engineering and quality standards are met.
* Author, maintain, and train others to all relevant process documentation, including Assembly, Inspection, Testing/In-Process Characterization, and Packaging Procedures.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, design, operations and test engineers to develop, document and complete activities, including continuous improvement opportunities
* Provide frequent feedback and technical reviews on designs, processes, tools and custom equipment used in production environments.
* Improve and enforce area safety and reporting mechanisms through regular auditing and safety-related projects.

A day in the life
The Production Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, enterprise, quality and operations teams on production hardware integration processes and systems. This is a critical role leading the technician team on the production floor.
This position requires a high degree of skill in many areas, including technical leadership, technician development, mechanical assembly, avionics integration, troubleshooting, electrical checkouts and environmental testing. In short, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, workmanship and safety standards are adhered to on a daily basis across the technician team. You will also help lead long term production planning, team organization, team building and hiring for essential roles across your team.

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Amazon Inventory & Performance Planner to oversee the health, efficiency, and profitability of our Amazon business across both 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) channels — domestically and internationally.
This role owns the strategic management of inventory health over time — ensuring strong inventory turns, minimal aged exposure, optimized assortment productivity, and disciplined in-season performance management.
The ideal candidate understands how to balance growth and inventory risk across multiple licensed brands while driving operational and financial performance.
Core Responsibilities
Inventory Health & Turn Optimization (Primary Focus)
- Monitor and manage aged inventory across 1P and 3P businesses
- Analyze inventory turn and identify opportunities to improve velocity
- Develop strategies to reduce excess and aging inventory exposure
- Track Weeks of Cover and inventory efficiency across brands
- Partner with Sales to proactively address slow-moving SKUs
- Recommend liquidation, promotional, or pricing strategies where needed
In-Season Performance Management
- Monitor weekly and monthly sell-through trends
- Identify underperforming styles early and recommend action plans
- Support promotional planning to drive velocity where needed
- Hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to performance targets
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into in-season risks and opportunities
Assortment Optimization
- Analyze assortment productivity across brands and channels
- Identify opportunities to:
- Expand high-performing categories
- Rationalize underperforming SKUs
- Improve mix by margin contribution
- Support new product launch decisions with performance data
- Evaluate duplication or cannibalization across 1P and 3P
1P / 3P Channel Management
- Monitor inventory exposure differences between 1P and 3P models
- Evaluate margin implications across channels
- Identify operational inefficiencies impacting inventory flow
- Track chargebacks and operational deductions (1P) in partnership with Finance
- Monitor stranded, aged, and excess FBA inventory (3P)
International Marketplace Oversight
- Monitor inventory health across international marketplaces
- Identify regional slow-moving inventory risk
- Support international allocation strategies
- Coordinate with Operations regarding longer lead times and compliance constraints
Reporting & Leadership Communication
- Develop dashboards tracking:
- Inventory turn
- Aged inventory %
- In-stock %
- Weeks of Supply
- Revenue by brand/channel
- Present clear, actionable summaries to leadership
- Provide forward-looking risk assessment and mitigation plans
Key Performance Metrics

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Amazon planning, inventory management, or eCommerce analytics experience
- Direct experience with both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory turns and working capital impact
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, dashboard creation)
- Strong commercial mindset — understands margin and inventory risk
- Experience in apparel or consumer products preferred
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces a plus
