Sets up, writes programs and edits existing programs, and operates numerically controlled machinery. These include but are not limited to lathes, mills, drills, and other machinery as required.

  • Maintains quality and tolerances within .0003”.

  • Establish IT governance, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST).
  • Monitor performance, risks, and cost optimization across all IT architecture initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing network, cloud, and systems architecture teams, preferably in healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.
  • Demonstrated history of assessing, testing, and implementing modern platform visibility solutions (DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus / Grafana).
  • Strong expertise in network architecture (SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, healthcare data exchange networks).
  • Deep knowledge of systems architecture, including server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, disaster recovery, and healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Security and architecture certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, HITRUST, or FinOps.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for an outstanding customer experience in the sale and service of extruded hard alloy shapes products to business and distribution establishments. This is an onsite role.


What you will work on:

  • Serve as the front line “Voice and Face” of Kaiser Aluminum with our customers.
  • Ensure responsiveness to inquiries for sales quotes, orders, status updates and claims processing.
  • Perform timely and accurate order entry and order status reports.
  • Actively communicate with multiple departments including but not limited to Accounting, Traffic, Planning, Technical, Quality and outside Sales personnel.
  • Follow-up on customer usage of Kaiser’s products.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable on changes and developments related to sales, market and products.
  • Provide short-term business management input for production planning and scheduling.
  • Work with management to overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers as needed.
  • Keep management informed of all sales activity, including timely preparation of reports as requested and contract administration.


What you will bring to the role:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in teams.
