We are seeking a HR Business Partner that will be a trusted partner to leaders across Retail functions. This role balances strategic people leadership with hands-on HR execution, supporting performance management, talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management in a high-growth environment. This leader is also responsible to own the full employee lifecycle starting at the employee’s onboarding experience and ending at the off-boarding experience. This individual will help shape the future of Edikted’s people strategy while ensuring consistency, compliance, and a strong employee experience across all teams.
What You'll Do
- Translate business goals into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Bring

Providing leadership and expertise in the area of SALT, including tax planning, compliance, and audit defense services.

Representing clients in front of state and local tax authorities, ensuring their interests are adequately protected and their tax obligations are met.

Offering strategic tax advisory services to clients, helping them navigate complex state and local tax laws and regulations.
4.
Overseeing the preparation and review of state and local income/franchise tax returns, as well as other business-related taxes.
5.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
6.
Keeping abreast of current developments in state and local tax laws and advising clients accordingly.
7.
Collaborating with other tax professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive tax solutions to clients.
8.
Participating in business development initiatives, including the development of new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Tax Partner
- SALT role will possess the following qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a public accounting firm, with a focus on state and local tax
- state of CA experience, but can live in CA, WA, OR, NV, CO, TX...
2.
A CPA license (CA) or equivalent professional certification.
3.
Extensive experience representing clients in front of state and local tax authorities.
4.
Proven ability to provide strategic tax advisory services to clients.
5.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of tax professionals.
6.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
7.
In-depth knowledge of state and local tax laws and regulations.
8.
A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.

The Care Partner is a support care provider who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Care Partner primary focus will be to promote a positive patient experience by partnering with the nurse, physician, healthcare team and other healthcare providers to provide excellence in patient experience; and assist with daily living activities and comfort measures. The Care Partner assists other health care providers with safe, age appropriate and culturally aware care by performing basic patient care functions; i.e. ADL's, ambulation, and vital signs.The Care Partner may require approved advanced technical training skills may be required i.e. phlebotomy, simple treatments, dressing changes, oral suctioning, and discontinuing Foley catheters. Performing additional advanced skills may be required to support clinical care and will fluctuate depending on the needs of the unit. Performing clerical functions such as: retrieval of data, maintaining unit supplies, and transporting supplies/patient medications will be required. The Care Partner must be able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking and effective communication with the Registered Nurse and ancillary team. Must be able to perform under stressful conditions with a compassionate, respectful and service mindset. Must be able to take direction from a variety of care providers. Must be organized with excellent communication skills.
