Overview
The team is hiring two writers who will support retirement and investment plan participant communications. These roles focus on creating and maintaining clear, action‑oriented content that helps individuals understand their retirement and investment plans and take appropriate next steps. The work involves a mix of original writing and structured, templated updates. Writers must be comfortable shifting between creative development and standardized communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Writers will create and maintain short‑form participant communications across multiple channels, including:

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager of a luxury, full service, scatter site Class A portfolio of multifamily rental properties in midtown Manahattan. The ideal candidate has experience working alongside property management and brings an elevated level of service to the position. The role entails assistance with tenant relations, vacancies, move-ins/outs, and communication with the Property Management and Maintenence team. Role and Responsibilities
Assists the Property Manager in all aspects of their duties:
Tenant Relations:
- Screens all incoming calls, including Property Manager's calls.
- Handles requests for repairs.
- Sends out service request orders.
- Follows up that all repairs were completed.
Vacancies:
- Responsible for inputting and updating all vacancies on Lotus Notes; including gathering pertinent information from lease file, PMAS, square footage etc.
- Schedules dust wipes. Follows up on results.
- Updates the renovation board.
Orders appliances for vacancies and occupied apartments.
- Informs Superintendent of delivery dates.
- Follows up to ensure that appliances were delivered.
Service request forms
- Weekly, gathers all of the service request forms from the Superintendents.
- Provides Managing Agent and Department Head with a schedule of the number of service requests per building.
Boiler Service Forms
- Gathers all of the boiler service forms from the Superintendents on a weekly basis.
- Provides Managing Agent and Department Head with a schedule of the forms.

The APM will be held accountable for the following expectations:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in a real estate or property management firm

About the Role
- Assists walk-in and telephone customers with completing new and renewal applications, HMO selection forms and answers questions about the program.

The Investigator Sponsored Studies Associate I is an important contributor to our team. In this role, you will provide Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) support including entering, reviewing, verifying, and organizing incoming/outgoing documentation using web-based software.

TESTING PROCESS:
Those individuals who have passed both the written and physical agility tests will have their information forwarded to the City of Renton by Public Safety Testing. A 70% on the written exam is required to move forward in the process. An oral board interview may be scheduled for the top candidates. Candidates must obtain an 70% passing score in the oral board to be placed on the Eligibility List. (Candidates that do not pass the oral board are eligible to re-test 90 days from the previous oral board date.) A combined (interview weighted at 70% and the written test weighted at 30%) minimum score of 70% is required for placement on the eligibility list. Veterans and Language Preference Points are awarded to eligible candidates who make the request and include the proper qualifying documentation after successfully passing an interview.
