Position Summary
The Inventory & Planning Manager owns the full lifecycle of inventory strategy and product operations across all channels including E-Commerce, Wholesale, and Dropship.
This role is responsible for inventory forecasting, open-to-buy planning, channel allocation, margin protection, and product data integrity, while also ensuring the operational execution of inventory processes including product setup, launch readiness, QC tracking, and inventory accuracy.

Job Purpose
Product Planner I is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market trends and conditions within the Powersports & Products industry to identify factors that may impact future products. Serving as the voice of the customer, this role involves conducting comprehensive market and product research, as well as in-depth market analysis, to generate actionable insights. These insights support model strategy and lifecycle planning, sales planning, and model specific planning activities leading up to development.
Key Accountabilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Powersports & Products industry, including product line-ups of Honda and its core competitors. This includes in-depth knowledge of product types, features, and related technologies.
- Research: Support complex research projects to gather insights that inform product planning and future strategic initiatives. Organize and participate in research events, such as trade shows, customer, and dealer visits. Responsibilities include coordinating events, research vendor management, analyzing data, and creating reports to ensure actionable insights while receiving guidance and support.
- Analysis: Compile and analyze primary and secondary data utilizing various research methodologies and data sources. Generate and interpret insights from data to uncover customer preferences, satisfaction, purchase behaviors, future vehicle needs, trade-offs, and more. Effectively present findings through clear and visually compelling charts, graphs, and reports to support data-driven decision-making while receiving guidance and support.
- Product Planning: Gather and synthesize product trend data and effectively identify and summarize customer needs. Craft clear stories based on data and customer needs on essential development requirements while receiving guidance and support. Clearly communicate product descriptions, specifications, features, and pricing details while articulating the product role, target customers, and business objectives.

Position Overview:
The Planning Director (Rincon, GA) will lead all production planning, scheduling, and execution control functions for the facility, ensuring disciplined alignment between demand, capacity, materials, and shop floor execution.
This role moves beyond daily scheduling — it is responsible for building a scalable planning infrastructure capable of supporting aggressive growth while protecting customer commitments, lead times, and operational stability.
You will serve as the central coordination leader between production, materials, engineering, operations leadership, and executive management.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning Strategy & Execution
- Own the facility master production schedule (MPS)
- Translate strategic production targets into executable daily, weekly, and monthly plans
- Align capacity, labor, and material flow with demand
- Ensure schedule realism and stability in a high-mix, engineered-to-order environment
- Drive schedule attainment and lead time performance
2. Accuracy, Audit & Floor Validation Discipline
- Establish audit rigor across schedules, work orders, and ERP data
- Personally validate WIP status through routine plant-floor verification
- Eliminate discrepancies between system data and physical conditions
- Institutionalize disciplined documentation and traceability standards
3. Risk Detection, Constraint Management & Recovery
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, constraints, and schedule risk

4. Systems, Reporting & Planning Infrastructure

THE PURPOSE:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager supports the Logistics & Operations team by ensuring that inbound and outbound operations are balanced and DC/3PL operations are optimized. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by enabling data-driven decision-making and minimizing errors across logistics workflows, collaborating with procurement, planning, customer service, sales and the DC operations.

Supply & Demand Planning
- Develop and maintain supply and demand plans to align inventory levels with forecasted customer needs
- Monitor demand trends and adjust plans to mitigate risks related to inventory shortages or overstock

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
