The Role We Want You For

We are looking for an experienced Procore Support Engineer to join our team based in St. Louis, MO. The Procore Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting the launch, maintenance, and ongoing operational consistency of Procore across the enterprise. This position is part of a centralized Procore Support Team responsible for managing multiple Procore instances to support the Clayco enterprise, ensuring seamless administration, user support, and alignment with enterprise processes and standards.

The Specifics of The Role

Summary of Position

The Principal AI Security Engineer is a senior technical leader on the AI Security team, responsible for designing, building, and operating security controls for generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) systems across their full lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and runtime.

This role is deeply hands-on: you will work directly with data science, MLOps, platform, devops and application teams to secure LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and AI-enabled products. You will also lead the intake and review process for AI use cases, helping the organization adopt AI safely and at scale in a highly regulated environment.

The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Marketing Capabilities is a hybrid strategic and technical leader responsible for defining and building the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Galderma's US commercial business. This role acts as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, serving the four major US business units. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the technical roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder to orchestrate complex customer experiences. About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170K-$210K (Boston, MA).
