Position SummaryThe Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction. Pay Range: $21.00 - $36.62. Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems. Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals. Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training. Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities. Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed).
Minimum Qualifications- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
- Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments
- Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $192,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop the strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers, as part of their development, support the Store Manager in all areas outlined below and are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present.
Primary Duties
- 30% Brand: Provides supervision and supports the direction planning of associates daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience which maximizes sales/KPIs and drives customer loyalty in assigned stores. The Fabrication Welding Technician is responsible for a variety or welding duties, including performing multiple welding processes, including fusion welding, on both, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, layout and fabrication of precision weldments from blueprints utilizing industry standard fabrication methods; meeting demands and completing work orders in a timely manner; ensuring availability and functioning of required items; and ensuring safety and resolving immediate safety concerns. Position Summary:
Cultivate \"Raving Fan\" customer experiences with a best in class image under general supervision reporting to the Branch Manager. The Inside Sales representative will work in a fast paced, high volume environment and is responsible for assisting customers through qualifying their product and/or service needs while ensuring fulfillment.

Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop the strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers, as part of their development, support the Store Manager in all areas outlined below and are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present.
30% Brand: Provides supervision and supports the direction & planning of associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience which maximizes sales/KPIs and drives customer loyalty in assigned stores. Emphasis placed on both the in-store selling model and Omni-channel. Ensures all brand standards are met such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc. Acts as main point of contact to resolve customer issues and concerns. Analyzes store trends and can anticipate customer demands.
30% People: Engages, trains and develops their teams to achieve positive results. Leverages internal hiring platforms and actively recruits to build strong network of external candidates to fill positions when required. Can identify strengths as well as opportunities for each associate and can effectively address by coaching or counseling. Holds team accountable to Company policies and expectations. Maintains positive associate relations by resolving associate concerns and keeping associates informed of relevant Company information. Builds strong working relationships with Store Manager peers. 30% Operations: Ensures execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Ensures all processes to support digital strategies are utilized such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
Store Managers effectively manages inventory through ordering and shipment processing. Manages payroll hours to the needs of the business and schedules appropriately. Ensures all store opening and closing procedures are performed correctly. Timely and accurate follow through with Company directives, assignments & projects.
10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensures the store environment is safe at all times for associates and customers; all policies and procedures are followed and enforced. Responsible for protecting company assets by ensuring all inventory and cash control procedures are being followed in store as they relate to shrink, damages, banking, etc. Analyzes and utilizes all available reporting, tools and technology. Ensures stores are compliant with all HAZMAT training and execution.
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred

The Electrical Quality Control Inspector 1 is responsible for following the M.C. Dean Quality Control (QC) Program to achieve and verify quality expectations for a durable and reliable installation. The Quality Control Officer is responsible for performing field inspections to ensure work is in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance and conformance with project or contract specifications

Qualifications
Experience / Education Required:

- To possess or have the ability to obtain a Journeyman License within 6 months of hire
- Experience with reading and interpreting contractual requirements, drawings, BIM models, specifications, current NEC codes, NETA and other applicable standards
