What You Will Do

In this Systems Engineer role, you will support the following activities: 

• Core Systems Engineering: Develop system requirements, radar software requirements, radar processing algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces. 

• Concept Development: Develop concepts of operations (CONOPS) for radar systems in support of mission needs. 

• Radar Algorithm & Analysis: Perform radar processing algorithm development and conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data. 

• Analysis Tool Development: Develop analysis tools to support problem identification, troubleshooting, and system performance evaluation. 

• Lead Testing Efforts: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments. 

• Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. 

• Drive Performance: Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions that improve system performance and resolve issues. 

• Modeling and Simulation: Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation activities. 

• Integrate Systems: Integrate hardware and software into tactical radar systems, evaluating functionality and operational impact. 

• Collaborate and Lead: Work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve seamless system integration and functionality. 

• Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. 

• Present Findings: Present technical findings, analyses, and solutions to leadership and customers. 

• Support Missions: Travel as needed (up to 20%) to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.

Qualifications You Must Have   

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. 

• Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test. 

• Experience with C++, Python, MATLAB and/or similar programming languages.

Qualifications We Prefer   

• Experience with the design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures on DoD systems. 

• Experience with radar processing algorithms, radar software requirements, and performance analysis, including development of supporting analysis tools. 

• Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments. 

• Experience developing and managing requirements using DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools, including application of model-based and digital engineering practices. 

• Experience evaluating radar or sensor systems using simulated environments to support verification and validation. 

• Experience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. 

• Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or field environment supporting integration and/or verification.

What You Will Do

Job Summary: Guest Services Representatives are an integral part of the Recreation Division with the City of Greeley and are responsible for providing quality customer service to patrons of the Greeley Recreation facilities. Position Summary:

We are in search of an Experiential Designer to join our team as a force in conceiving innovative and trendsetting experiential marketing concepts. The role will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and designing exceptional visuals for events, activations, and marketing materials. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for transforming creative concepts into tangible, cutting-edge experiences that set industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptual and Ideation Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design the visual aspects of events, activations, and experience kits to ensure they create a lasting impression on our clients and their audiences.
• Develop a wide range of mood boards, mockups, and pitch decks that reflect the latest innovations and trends across culturally relevant brands, products, influencers, and pop-culture phenomena.
• Contribute to copywriting for marketing materials, presentations, and event-related collateral.
• Master and apply comprehensive corporate brand guidelines to the field of experiential marketing.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Design emails, digital and physical invites/cards, event signage, graphic wraps, kit packaging, social media posts and various large format prints.
• Create vector graphics that can be applied and scaled for various print formats.
• Develop scaled floorplan layouts and custom print templates for events.

Physical Design Responsibilities:

• Stage and curate the mise-en-scene for various experiential vignettes, including activations, events, photo ops, mobile touring programs, and art installations.
• Assemble and design experience kits for mass production and fulfillment.
• Travel to event sites to ensure the visual integrity of the client's vision, while also contributing to the execution of any experiential marketing initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant visual design experience

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Keen eye for size, scale, and potential distortion in design.
• Ability to work on projects across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and social.
• Basic knowledge of interactive installations and architectural visualization is a plus.
• Ability to assist with on-site photography is a plus.
