Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed.
When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation.
Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits.
Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities.
Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs.
The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed.
You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation.

Purpose
As we continue to grow and invest in our people, ACME is seeking a Senior CNC Lathe Machinist, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and other machining equipment in a production environment.
This role serves as a technical lead within the machining team, supporting part development, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring production quality and efficiency. The position requires strong hands-on machining expertise, CNC programming knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position located on-site at our production facility in Walker, MI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimizeCNC programs for lathe operations to support new and existing production parts
- Lead setup, prove-out, and first article runs for new and repeat jobs
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and broaches in a production environment
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to ensure parts are manufactured to required tolerances
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Diagnose and resolve machining, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
- Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processes to improve efficiency, cycle time, and product quality
- Support new part development by determining machining strategies, tooling requirements, and process improvements
- Perform finishing operations such as deburring, keying, balancing, and preparing parts for final packaging
- Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with 5S and safety standards
- Operate supporting equipment such as forklifts, broaches, and air compressors as needed
- Provide technical guidance and support to machinists and operators on setups, machining techniques, and troubleshooting
- Make recommendations for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements
- Comply with all AMG policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Contribute positively to the team by supporting and assisting fellow machinists and production staff
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Multiple years of prior experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes

Key Responsibilities • Serve as the financial operations lead for provider reimbursement activities within Early Learning Programs and CCS • Provide day-to-day guidance and functional leadership to staff supporting financial operations and payment processing • Mentor and train staff on financial procedures, reimbursement processes, and compliance requirements • Support leadership in maintaining consistent financial practices and operational standards across the program • Manage an assigned Early Learning Program caseload and ensure accurate and timely provider reimbursement • Research, reconcile, and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy and prevent delays • Oversee accurate data entry and validation within the child care automated system used for case management and payment processing • Monitor claims submissions and payment activities to ensure compliance with program requirements • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for program leadership • Support audits, quality monitoring activities, and regulatory compliance reviews • Ensure financial documentation and reporting meet grant and regulatory standards • Generate recoupment notices, track outstanding balances, and maintain detailed collection documentation • Partner with leadership to ensure fiscal procedures align with CCS policies, grant requirements, and regulatory standards • Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and strengthen internal controls • Collaborate with internal teams and child care providers to ensure clear communication regarding payment timelines and reimbursement procedures Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum three (3) years of experience in financial operations, accounting, accounts payable, claims processing, or grant administration Experience mentoring staff, training team members, or leading financial processes or workflows strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage financial data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy under deadlines Ability to work in a structured environment with high accountability and compliance requirements Core Tools and Systems Child care automated systems (case management and payment platforms) Financial reporting tools and spreadsheet software (Excel) Accounts payable and claims processing systems Document management and compliance tracking systems Standard office software (email, word processing, reporting tools) Preferred Skills • Experience supporting grant-funded or government-regulated programs • Knowledge of compliance standards, audit preparation, and financial documentation controls • Experience training or mentoring team members in financial processes • Ability to analyze financial data and support operational decision-making Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
