You will own Plug’s partnerships from first conversation through scaled production. You will source opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, align internal teams, launch integrations or processes, and manage ongoing partner performance to ensure success.


This role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and strategy. You’ll be responsible for turning external relationships into durable, revenue-generating growth channels.



What You’ll Do...


Partnerships Strategy and Sourcing

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with vehicle marketplaces, platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Build a clear partnerships roadmap aligned with company priorities and capacity.
  • Develop partner value propositions tailored to different partner types (marketplaces, lenders, service providers, etc.).


Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, revenue share, exclusivity, incentives, and SLAs.
  • Structure deals that balance speed, upside, and operational complexity.
  • Pressure-test assumptions and ensure partnership economics work at scale.
  • Own contracts in partnership with Legal.


Launch & Execution

  • Own partner onboarding and launch, from internal alignment through go-live.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Ops, and Sales to deliver successful integrations and workflows.
  • Define launch metrics, success criteria, and early warning indicators.


Ongoing Partner Management

  • Serve as primary owner of strategic partner relationships.
  • Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships (new flows, geographies, product lines).

We’re looking for a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive new revenue and scale our partner ecosystem. You’ll own the full sales cycleβ€”from sourcing and closing direct deals to managing and activating partnerships that expand Cascade’s reach.

Role Overview

We are seeking a field-based Business Development Representative to establish and grow professional relationships with law firms and legal institutions across the Greater Houston area. We are looking for dedicated professionals dedicated to building a highly profitable startup.


This is not transactional sales. This role is focused on relationship development, professional education, and partnership building within the legal community. You will introduce Onset DNA as a reliable DNA logistics partner and guide firms toward either case-based services or professional retainer partnerships, based on their workflow needs.

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial – Lodi, California

  • A 214-bed hospital which supports 10 med/surg ICU beds and six (6) ORs.
  • The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities, all within a short drive of the hospital.
  • In-house OB.
  • The pediatric population is healthy, and the laboring patients are generally low risk.
  • The surgical staff is facile with the two daVinci robots onsite, taking the next step in laparoscopic surgery.
  • Same-day surgery cases for additional positions that dilute the call burden.
  • Case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, and labor & delivery.
  • No trauma, no cardiac, and no neurosurgery. No pressure to publish. There are no take back hearts or strokes for clot retrieval.
  • Minor trauma (i.e., ground level falls) and while there are emergencies, they tend to be urgent, not emergent.

Position Overview

This is Tono’s first commercial hire. We are looking for aΒ Strategic Builder-OperatorΒ to architect our sales engine in the NYC Metro area and beyond.


This role combines theΒ high-velocity executionΒ of pharma field sales with theΒ strategic relationship buildingΒ of enterprise tech sales. You are not just running a route; you are building an ecosystem.


We are looking for someone who can grind in the fieldβ€”visiting clinics and solving workflow bottlenecksβ€”but who is equally comfortable "meeting them where they are." Whether that means working the floor at a national conference, hosting a dinner for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), or navigating a complex health system partnership, you are the face of Tono’s growth.


The role responsibilities are 50% field execution, 30% strategic partnerships, 20% systems building.


1. Field execution

  • High-Velocity Outreach:Β Maintain a consistent presence in high-priority Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Oncology clinics across the Tri-State area.
  • Consultative Activation:Β You aren't just dropping off brochures. You are consulting with practice managers to optimize their referral workflows, onboarding them toΒ Tono Connect, and embedding Tono as their default dermatology partner.

2. Ecosystem building

3. Architect the commercial playbook
